ABSTRACT
The Safety management is a systematic approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating
risks to ensure the health and well-being of individuals in the workplace and the protection of
organizational assets. It encompasses the development of safety policies, implementation of
procedures, continuous monitoring, and improvement of safety practices.
Effective safety management not only reduces the likelihood of accidents and injuries but
also enhances productivity, compliance with legal requirements, and organizational
reputation. This field integrates elements of risk assessment, training, incident investigation,
and performance evaluation to create a proactive safety culture.
As industries become increasingly complex, the role of advanced technologies and data-
driven decision-making in safety management is expanding, emphasizing the need for
adaptive and resilient safety strategies.
