Executive Summary
This report is based on the internship experience of Nazmul Hasan at Jamuna Bank Pvt
Ltd in the Customer Service Department. The internship was a part of the academic
requirement of the BBA program at Uttara University.
During the three-month internship, the intern was engaged in handling customer queries,
assisting with account openings, and data entry. The experience helped him develop
practical banking skills, improve communication with customers, and understand internal
banking procedures.
The report contains the objectives, rationale, methodologies, challenges, and overall
findings from the internship. It also includes key recommendations for the bank and
future interns.
