Ans- sir, I am good thanku for asking, I hope you’re doing good as well.
2. Tell me something about yourself
Ans- My name is Tushar Parashar, I am from hathras, I was completed my schooling from RPM
Public school hathras, currently I am purseing my B.Tech in Computer science and engineering at
GLA University, Mathura. I am quite good at java and full stack web development, I have also done
several projects related to MERN Stack, and I enjoy collabora ng with others to solve complex
problems, apart from academics, I have ac vely par cipated in extracurricular ac vi es, like
college internal hacathon or other gaming ac vites, which helped me to enhance my
communica on and teamwork skills. And my strength are quick learner and self mo va ng.
3. Tell me something about your family background.
Ans- I come from a Nuclear Family, which consist of my parents, my grandfather, my elder sister
and myself, my father name is Mr. Munendra mohan sharma he is a Math Teacher, he has been
dedicated to his profession for over the Two decades inspiring countless student along the way,
from my parents I’ve learned the importance of hardwork, dedica on and intrigity, they’re always
emphesized the value of educa on and encourage me to pursue my passion with full
determina on.
4. Talk about your strengths and weaknesses.
Ans- Strength:- My Biggest strength is my me management skills, As an individual , I have
always belived in holis c development and wether it has been academics, Extra curricular, I was
able to manage it all just because of my me management skills.
Weekness:- My biggest weekness is that I am unable to say “NO” to the people, whenever
my friends or collegues ask me for some help , I end up helping them in the en re process and
in this way my own work stays incomplete, I have decided that I want to overcome this
weakness and now I am only help people with the direc on rather than doing the en re process
by myself.
5. Are you comfortable working on the weekends?
Ans- "I believe in maintaining a good work-life balance, but I also understand that there might
be mes when the team needs extra effort to meet deadlines or during cri cal project phases.
I’m flexible and willing to work on weekends when necessary to support the team or ensure the
successful comple on of a project."
6. Do you want to pursue higher educa on?
Ans- "At this stage in my career, I’m focused on gaining prac cal experience and growing within
the industry. While I’m not currently planning to pursue higher educa on, I’m always open to
learning new things and upskilling myself through cer fica ons or training programs that can
help me contribute more effec vely to my role and the company."
7. What are your future plans?
Ans- "My immediate goal is to secure a posi on where I can apply my skills, learn from
experienced colleagues, and contribute to meaningful projects. In the long term, I aim to grow
into a role with more responsibility, perhaps leading a team or working on larger projects. I’m
commi ed to con nuous learning and improvement, and I hope to contribute to the company’s
growth while advancing my own career."
8. What are your goals in life?
Ans- "My primary goal is to con nuously grow, both personally and professionally. I aim to
develop my skills, take on challenges that help me learn, and make a posi ve impact in
whatever I do. Professionally, I want to build a successful career in [your field] where I can
contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with talented teams, and eventually take on
leadership roles. On a personal level, I strive for a balanced life, where I can contribute to my
community and maintain strong rela onships with family and friends."
9. Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
Ans- "In the next five years, I see myself growing both personally and professionally within this
industry. I would like to have developed a deep exper se in my field, taken on more
responsibili es, and contributed to some impac ul projects. I aim to advance into a role where I
can lead or mentor others, while con nuing to learn new skills. My goal is to grow with the
company, take on challenges that help both the organiza on and myself achieve new
milestones."

Ans- To me, me management means effec vely priori zing tasks, se ng clear goals, and
balancing workloads to maximize produc vity without feeling overwhelmed. It’s about
iden fying what’s urgent versus important, staying organized, and mee ng deadlines.
11. Can you work under pressure, if yes, how will you manage your work?
Ans- "Yes, I can work under pressure. In fact, I see pressure as an opportunity to push myself
and perform at my best. When faced with high-pressure situa ons, I focus on staying calm and
organized. My approach is to break down the tasks, priori ze what needs to be done first, and
tackle each one step by step. I also try to keep open communica on with my team or supervisor
to ensure everyone is aligned and expecta ons are clear. In the end, I find that staying posi ve,
organized, and adaptable helps me manage work effec vely under pressure."
12. Tell me about a me when you had faced a challenge in your life and how did you overcome

Ans-
In my last sem during the project, my one team members le our project at the mid, leaving us
understaffed. As the team leader, I had to reorganize the workload and deadlines.
I have communicated with our mentor and other team members and tackel the situa on. We
worked extra hours and focused on key tasks.
As a result we completed the project on me and received posi ve grades and feedback, this
incident demonstra ng my ability to adapt and work under pressure.
13. What will you do if there is a person in the team who is not coopera ng. (Situa onal
Interview Ques on)
Ans- "If I encounter a team member who is not coopera ng, my first step would be to try to
understand their perspec ve. There might be reasons, like miscommunica on, workload, or
personal issues, that are affec ng their behavior. I would have a private conversa on with them
to discuss any concerns and try to find common ground.
If the issue persists, I would suggest brainstorming solu ons as a team, ensuring that everyone
feels included and valued. If necessary, I would involve the team leader or supervisor to
mediate. Ul mately, my goal would be to maintain a posi ve team environment while ensuring
the project stays on track.”

Ans- “Capgemini is a well-known global company that provides consul ng, technology, and
digital services. I know the company helps businesses with digital transforma on, especially in
areas like cloud compu ng and AI. I recently read about Capgemini working with Jaguar Land
Rover to develop so ware for their new vehicles, which shows the company's focus on
innova on.
I also admire Capgemini's commitment to becoming carbon neutral by 2025 and crea ng an
inclusive workplace. I want to be part of a company that values sustainability and innova on,
and I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute and grow with Capgemini.”

Ans- As a fresher, I bring a fresh perspec ve and a good founda on in the skills necessary for
this role. I am highly adaptable and eager to learn, which means I can quickly get up to speed
with new technologies and work methods.
