Description of the Activity: During my 1st week, we had an orientation where we learned about the rules
and guidelines. We were also introduced to various technical aspects, such as familiarizing ourselves
with different types of network wirings and tools, electronic materials, and other essential components.
Lastly, we were instructed to carefully observe the work being done by experienced staff that will
allowed us to gain insights into the proper handling of equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and

customer assistance procedures.

Problems Encountered: Everything was explained clearly, and I did not encounter any problems during the
process.
Actions Taken: Since no issues were encountered, I will continue learning by reviewing materials,
observing tasks, and assisting when possible. I will also ask questions for clarity and prepare to assist
customers effectively.
Learning Experience: My first week was informative and well-organized. I learned the rules, familiarized
myself with components and observed tasks to understand proper procedures.

Description of the Activity: During my 2nd week, we organized the components by grouping similar items
together. We were also tasked with reformatting laptops and CPUs for use in a pisoNet. This included
installing Windows and the necessary applications for the system.
Problems Encountered: An experienced staff guided us through the process, ensuring we knew what to

Actions Taken: The action taken was to follow instructions, properly organize components, and correctly
reformat laptops and CPUs for the pisoNet.
Learning Experience: My second week was a hands-on learning experience where I organized
components and gained practical skills in reformatting laptops and CPUs.

Description of the Activity: During my 3rd week, we assisted clients with their concerns. We were also
assigned to reformat laptops and help with printer-related tasks. I cleaned some CPUs to make sure
they were in good condition and ready to use. Moreover, we also checked if the installed CCTV cameras
were already connected or still offline.
Problems Encountered: I was still adjusting to the tasks, so I carefully listened to instructions to avoid

was unsure. I made sure to double-check my work before considering it finished.
Learning Experience: In my third week, I deeply learned how to reformat properly, clean anf check CPUs,
and ensure the CCTV systems are functioning well.

Description of the Activity: During my 4th week, we were tasked with making a straight-through LAN
cable for the customer. Our SIPP coordinator visited us to check on our progress. We also prepared a
videoke set and made sure the sound system was working well. Lastly, we observed Kuya Jan, an
experienced staff, while he was fixing a machine that had a power supply problem.

Actions Taken: While observing, I took notes and asked questions to better understand how he analyzed
and fixed the problem.
Learning Experience: My fourth week, I gained knowledge about troubleshooting power supply issues in
electronic devices like karaoke machines.

Description of the Activity: During my 5th week, we were tasked with doing the circuitry, wirings, and
soldering for the PisoNet machine. I also observed experienced staff, while he was grinding a cord for
the machine. Furthermore, I was assigned to tighten the screw of a laptop to make sure it was properly
secured.
Problems Encountered: I had some difficulty handling the soldering tools because I was not yet confident

Actions Taken: I asked for assistance and followed the instructions given by experienced staff. I
practiced using the tools carefully and double-checked the wiring setup before completing the task.
Learning Experience: In my fifth week, I learned how to do basic soldering and wiring for machines like
PisoNet. Observing skilled workers helped me understand how to work safely and correctly.

Description of the Activity: During my 6th, the last week, I did CPU formatting again and, with the help of
Kuya Jan, I also reset some printers. Moreover, I used a blower to clean CPUs and checked a soldered
board to observe if it was properly done.
Problems Encountered: At first, I was unsure about the correct steps resetting printers. I also found it

challenging to check the soldered board because I didn’t know what errors to look for.

Actions Taken: I asked Kuya Jan for guidance and followed his instructions step by step. I carefully
observed the process and tried doing the tasks slowly to avoid mistakes.
Learning Experience: I learned how to reset printers properly. I also became more familiar with cleaning
computer parts using a blower and inspecting soldered boards.
