DATE TIME DETAILS OF TASKS COMPLETED
June 24, 2024 10-11:30 AM On the first day of our OJT (On-the-Job Training), our
supervisor conducted an orientation about THE
(Training, Health, and Environment). After the
orientation, he assigned each of us to our respective
departments, and I was assigned to the admin office.
My first task was to edit documents in Excel and print
copies of them. The second task involved sorting files
by category. For the final task, we were asked to
carry old computers and equipment to be disposed of
and to list them for inventory.
June 25, 2024 7:46-11:52 to On the second day of training, we started by cleaning
1:00- 5:00 PM our respective departments. After cleaning, our
supervisor asked us to sort through some more
documents. Once we finished sorting, we helped some
of the graduates find their documents.
June 26,2024 8:11-5:00 PM We helped set up the necessary equipment in the
conference room for the Facebook Live broadcast.
One of the personnel tasked me with editing a teaser
video for the event and taking photos throughout.
They also assigned us to create Google Forms for the
attendees, and we participated in their games.
June 27,2024 8:30-12:00 to We were tasked with cleaning, sorting, and arranging
1:00- 5:00 PM the shelves in ORD, which were full of files and other
items. It took a lot of time, and we didn't finish
before lunch. After lunch, we resumed and completed
the task around 3 PM. Then, we were assigned to sort
more files in the admin office, which took a couple of
hours.
June 28,2024 9:30- 5:00 PM On June 28, I was tasked with troubleshooting some
computers and printers. They also asked me to build a
PC for one of the BFP personnel, which took a couple
of hours because some of the parts were not working.

I researched how to fix the parts, successfully set up
the computer, and got it working. Additionally, I
managed to connect all the printers and ensure they
were operational. They also requested that I crimp
some LAN cables for their internet.
June 29,2024 On Saturday, we were assigned to the BFP outpost
8:00-12:30 to station to learn about their operations and various
1:15- 5:00 PM aspects of fire safety, such as the different types and
classes of fires. During our time there, we also had
the chance to experience firsthand how to properly
wear their uniforms, which was quite interesting. One
of the more thrilling activities was sliding down the
emergency pole, which gave us a real taste of what
it's like to be a firefighter.
Before we headed home, they gathered us one by one
to discuss what we had learned. This one-on-one time
allowed for some insightful conversations and
personalized advice. They provided us with valuable
tips on how to prevent fires in our own homes,
ensuring that we left not just with knowledge about
firefighting but also with practical advice for everyday
safety. The entire day was filled with learning and
engaging discussions, making it a memorable
experience.
