Project Description :
The project supports Major Client and Customer Services related applications. This includes
different operations such as Enrolment, Eligibility, Data storage and handling, Billing and
Banking. Our team is responsible for the quick resolution of tickets and implementing service
requests (SR) within SLA stipulated times. We service and support the Banking applications of
Client. Financial transaction was major part of our work. We collect financial data from
different source systems and validate them against the Account setup and Eligibility criteria
and send them to bank for transactions. We deal with different banks and support them in
making the transactions successful. The following are the applications we supported.
1. Vendor Fee Reimbursement
2. Interface
3. 1099 Provider Tax Application
4. Cigna Health Issuance and Repository System
We also take additional responsibility to identify the areas where the process flows can be
improved and made more efficient. We work together with various upstream and downstream
teams to ensure a smooth and timely execution of jobs.

Project Description:

Euroclear is a major clearing and settlement organization for domestic and international securities
transactions, covering bonds, equities and investment funds and also provide asset management
and securities service to major financial institutions, i.e. Leading banks, brokers /dealers, custodian
and other institutions engaged in securities markets, located in more than 80 countries through its
various entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Analysing the requirements and prepared program specifications and developed code.
 Experience in estimating the budget for the enhancements.
 Done major and minor changes in several existing ones
 Writing the SQL quires against the database using QMF and SPUFI.
 Preparing Unit Test Cases as per the new code.
 Managing the on boarding process for the new joiners in the team
 Prepared Daily Summary Reports and tracked the status of the minor projects
 Responsible for conducting the daily stand-up white board meetings .
