Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Robotics and Automation

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees to kick-start
their careers in Robotics and Industrial Automation. This role offers hands-on
exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as Robotics, PLCs,Sensors, IOT and more.
As a GET, you will assist in the execution of automation projects, support training and
technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution Support
• Assist in analysing customer requirements and translating them into basic
technical needs.
• Support the development, testing, and commissioning of industrial robots and
automation systems.
• Work under the guidance of senior engineers to perform tasks related to
programming, wiring, integration, and installation.
• Participate in on-site support, trials, and customer visits with experienced team
members.
• Help in preparing documentation such as project reports, installation checklists,
and user manuals.
2. Training Assistance
• Support the team in delivering training programs on robotics and automation by
preparing materials, arranging sessions, and collecting feedback.
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and gradually take part in
hands-on training activities.
• Assist in updating training content to reflect the latest technologies and
methods.
3. Technical Documentation & ISO Compliance
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation as per ISO standards (SOPs,
quality records, etc.).
• Collaborate with the QA team to help prepare reports for audits and internal
reviews.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of robotics and automation concepts.
• Exposure to industrial robots (ABB/Fanuc/KUKA), PLCs, HMIs, or related
technologies (academic or internship level preferred).
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, control panels, or industrial communication
protocols is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn
technical software/tools.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and follow instructions accurately.
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical,
Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines.
• Final year students who have done training or internship in automation/robotics.
