6. Diagnose problem if clutch related vibration

7. Diagnose problem if clutch area noises

8. Diagnose problem if clutch pedal pulsation

QUESTIONING TOOL ACCEPTABLE/
EXPECTED ANSWERS:

1. In order to ensure safety measures, policies, and procedures


followed, and that work is appropriately sequenced in accordance
with the industry standards, you must remember and follow the 5S.

2. The importance of proper using of Personal Protective Equipment


(PPE) is to protect you from any accident or harm.

3. “Have Presence of Mind” is very important in servicing and repairing


a unit/product because presence of mind will free you from any
accident or harm.

4. In order to prevent injury during diagnosing clutch failure/problem,


you must have to ensure that you have worn the proper Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE).

5. Before diagnosing clutch failure/problem, make it sure that you


have prepared all the necessary tools and equipment and checked
the working area for hazards.

6. If you will not follow the trainer’s instruction, your work will turn into
a mess. You might not meet the desired outcome.

7. If your co-trainee is disturbing you while diagnosing clutch


failure/problem, you stop for a while and talk to your co-trainee to
stay away and you may report him to your trainer.

8. You can acquire the required materials, tools, and equipment


through requisition.
