Team, there is a physical issue with LAN Port.
02-Jan-25 : Vendor Engineer Aligned at AO Building
06th & 7th Jan Lav is at onsite checked ports n all
physically.
Upon Visit Most of the Ports rectified by the onsite
engineer & there is cable damage (AO & Service
Buiding) which is under rotten case, damaged by
mouse under Fall celling.
(Update share to customer for not doing fresh
cabling)
09-Jan-25 : Anjali Input on this ,
During the site visit, engineers found no issues with
the switch LAN ports but identified problems with
the IO ports and damaged cables. Some switch
ports showed an "undefined network" status after
connecting cables. To resolve this, upgrading the
switches is necessary to ensure stable network
connectivity.
20-Jan-2025 : Anjali top up the customer for
upgradation activity.
After followup with the customer over mail and
calls for remote access for Switch upgradation
activity No update recieve from customer end.
Then We have to move this case towards Closure.
Case Logged with BPE waiting for the update.
25-Feb-25 : Engineer visited the site - Battery fault
reported.
RMA Raised for the Battery ( BPE Arrange the
Battery from Noida and Deliver to Kanpur 02 Nos Battery Replacement Done, Now UPS is
Working Fine.
02-Mar-25 : Engineer visited the site for battery
replacement but for faulty unit gate pass is not
ready.
05-Mar-25 : Engineer Visited the Site, Battery
replacement done, UPS is Working fine now
05-Mar-25 : Engineer visited the site and issue has
Cooling and Door Closure Issue Resolved
been addressed and resolved.
08-03-2025 : UPS Maintanance activity completed.
Report Signed
Customer Remark : Battery is old ( 4+ Year) - Must Maintanence Activity Completed
be replaced.
But upon testing health of battery all report is OK.
