INSPECTION SUMMARY:
After conducting an inspection of the insured premises, my inspection revealed: Damages to the roof, exterior elevations, interior, other structures, and personal
property at the risk location.

Dwelling:

Roof:
Roof is composed of 30-year architectural shingle with a 5/12 pitch and one layer noted. Per the member, the roof is approximately 2 years of age. Claim was
submitted for possible hail damage. Roof is in fair condition with no underlying issues present. Inspection of the roof revealed damages as follows per test square:
Front - 14+ Right - 14+ Back - 14+ Left - 14+. Additional damages were present to the 1 rain cap, 2 turtle vents, ridge vent, 1 chase cover, 1 flue cap, l flashing, and the
skylight flashing.
Due to the damages present we have estimated for full roofing replacement.

Exterior:
Front: Inspection of the front elevation revealed visible storm related damages present to the gutters, 6 screens, the garage door, and fascia.
Right: Inspection of the right elevation revealed visible storm related damages present to the gutters, 2 downspouts, 2 screens, and the vinyl siding with 1 impact
from hail present.
Left: Inspection of the left elevation revealed visible storm related damages present to the gutters, 2 downspouts, a/c fins, and fascia.
Rear: Inspection of the back elevation revealed visible storm related damages present to the gutters, 4 downspouts, 3 screens, 2 exterior lights, door wrap, the glazing
bead, 5 windows, 1 dryer vent, trim paint, fascia, and the vinyl siding with 20+ impacts from hail present.
Interior:
Interior damages present to the dwelling broken down per room as follows:
Bathroom - No visible water damage was found. The insured stated that cracks in the drywall tape and sections of drywall began falling from the ceiling during the
hailstorm. This aligns with wind damage, as high wind pressure likely caused flexing in the roofing system, leading to drywall cracking on the sloped ceiling near the
skylight.
Interior damages present to the dwelling broken down per room as follows:
Bathroom - No visible water damage was found. The insured stated that cracks in the drywall tape and sections of drywall began falling from the ceiling during the
hailstorm. This aligns with wind damage, as high wind pressure likely caused flexing in the roofing system, leading to drywall cracking on the sloped ceiling near the
skylight.
Water damages and entry appear to be due to wind driven rain through the step flashing.
