1. Create the Table – 5 Marks


Create the following table starting in Cell A1:

Format the table with bold headers, centered alignment, and borders.

2. Enter Formulas – 20 Marks


Apply the same formulas down to all 5 rows using AutoFill.

3. Formatting – 5 Marks
• Adjust column widths to fit content

• Format numbers to 0 decimal places

• Apply Conditional Formatting to the Grade column:

• A = Green fill

• B = Blue fill

• C = Yellow fill

• F = Red fill

4. Insert Charts – 15 Marks


Create the following charts on On New Sheets

Chart 1: Bar Chart


• Data: Student Name vs Total

• Insert a Clustered Bar Chart

• Title: Total Marks per Student

• Add Data Labels on each bar

Chart 2: Line Chart


• Data: Student Name vs Average

• Insert a Line Chart

• Title: Average Marks Trend

• Use markers on each point

5. File Preparation – 5 Marks


• Rename Sheet1 to Marks

• Rename Sheet2 to Charts

• Save the file as: YourName_ExcelExam.xlsx

• Ensure all calculations update automatically
