MLBB RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. Player Eligibility:

1.1. Must be a youth resident of Barangay Sta. Maria


1.2. Must age 15-20 for Young People Category and ages 21-30 for Young Adult.
1.3. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device to play the
game.

2. Team Requirements:

2.1. Each team should consist of only 5 players.


2.2. Each should choose a team captain every team.
2.3. Players are not allowed to join multiple teams
2.4. Each team should submit group photo for posting and uodates.
2.5. A group chat for team captains will also be created to facilitate the easier dissemination
of information, such as schedule changes. Team captains are responsible for cascading
the information to their teams.

3. Registration: To participate in this event, participants must complete the following steps:

3.1. Team members should fill out the KK Profiling in SK Sta. Maria.

3.2. Submission of Photocopy of the Birth Certificate.

3.3. List all the names of the participants in each team and pass it to the purok president for
certification.

3.4. Each participant should pay 50 pesos.

4. Format: (Wala pay format, kay ang format is mabal an if pila ka teams ang manula as well as the
bracketing. Ma finalize ra ug naa nay final teams and pila ka adlaw dulaon)

5. Disqualification: Teams may be disqualified for the following reasons:

5.1. Cheating or exploiting game glitches


5.2. Use of unauthorized third-party software or hardware
5.3. Misconduct or inappropriate behavior towards other players or tournament staff
5.4. No show after 10 minutes from the official schedule.
5.5. Failure to comply with the tournament rules and regulations
5.6. The SK Council of esports officer/tournament managers will have the right to make a
final decision if there is an internal issue during the tournament.

6. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues, the following procedures will be followed:

6.1. If a player disconnects during a match, the match will be paused and resumed after
resolving the issue. (Applicable only during the knockout stage)
6.2. If technical issues prevent a match from being completed, the match will be
rescheduled.
6.3. Every team only has 5 pauses per game (Applicable only During the Knockout stage).
6.4. Only Team the Captain or Team Coach will be entertained for any issues and technical
errors.

7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the following code of conduct:

7.1. Treat other players and tournament staff with respect and professionalism.
7.2. Refrain from using any form of hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
7.3. No trash-talking.
7.4. Be on time. (Refer to section 5.4.).
7.5. Follow the rules and regulations of the tournament.

8. Disputes Settlement

8.1. Any confusion or complaints about match results should be reported to the committee
within the day of the match.
8.2. Make sure to provide evidence of claims, such as screenshots, to hasten dispute
settlement.
