Product Owner Discrepancy in ZMPR21 for Designation C 3140/C5/R861

In transaction ZMPR21, the product owner is retrieved from the table


ZMPMST_PR21_ITEM. Specifically, for the designation C 3140/C5/R861, the
product owner is MDM1, as recorded in the table ZMPMST_PR21_ITEM.

In P21, we don't see MDM1 in either of those tables, so we need a case where it
updates PDIV incorrectly to check in debug
ZMPMST_PR21_ITEM table as per logic, it updates from MARA or CDPOS - newest
value of BEGRU (authorization group) is PDIV (Product owner)
