1 Error Code 0 All Good 1. Insert the working SIM card to the modem Can be Tested
2. Read the meter with correct keys to get the meter datas
3. Push the datas to HES with correct keys when the HES port is kept open.

2 Error Code 1 Meter NIC 1. Remove the modem from the meter. Can be Tested
communication 2. Power ON the meter without modem and wait for 1 minute.

3 Error Code 2 Modem 1. Short the modem Tx and Rx pin Can be Tested

9 Error Code 8 No APN 1. Insert the working SIM card to the modem Can be Tested
configured 2. Power ON the meter
3. Remove or write the NULL APN using manufacturer OBIS (0.0.155.1.1.255) and read
the same OBIS and check whether the APN is null

10 Error Code 9 GPRS connection 1. Insert the IPV4 SIM card to the modem SIM Required

12 Error Code 11 HES port not open 1. Insert the working SIM card to the modem Can be Tested
2. Power ON the meter and wait for 1 minute
3. When HES port is not Seeing the push port try push some event push or data push
4. After pushed some event push or Data push wait for 10 minutes.

13 Error Code 12 Any Key 1. Insert the working SIM card to the modem Can be Tested
