FACTORY STOCK HANDLING OF DEVICES PROGRAMMED WITH PREVIOUS SW
VERSIONS:
The new SW version must be used in factory immediately after release.
Deviced pre-programmed with previous SW versions have not to be used any longer.
DEPENDENCIES:
This software runs only on MCB II board version GCA 26800 H2 (or higher)
together with VCB board version GAA 26800 AS1 (or higher).
Additional dependencies:
• Controllers (modernization and new sales) MCS 220, MCS 220 M only with learn run.
For learn run the LCB II software GAA30082BAG or higher is required.
• This software is released for operation with OVF20-1 / 22kW packages only.
• This software is released for operation with the following motor types only:
- ATB-LOHER LUGA 200LB06
- REIVAJ TAA20000-G5 with 18ATF machine
• This software cannot be operated in "Power-Off"-mode (parameter "P-OFF-D" on
LCB-II must be set to 255).
• This software cannot be operated on MCB II board version ...H1 (w/o VCB adaption) !
• Feature LNS-E (LNS information via motor slip & Vdc measurement) is not supported.
OPEN ITEMS:
• Clearing of error logging is not possible while fan is running.
• This software cannot be operated in "Power-Off"-mode (parameter "P-OFF-D" on
LCB-II must be set to 255).
• VCB - Prom checksum test is not implemented.

The qualification and verification has been done with software G1130330AAC on the

Qualification of factory tests:
• Package test is currently performed with SW version G2230330AAB because of motor
and current control adaption problems (which will be solved with version
GAA30330AAD).
• Run-in test has been verified with software version G1130330AAC.
• Controller test has been verified with SW version GAA30330AAA.
This test is currently performed with manually parameter setting. Only the changed
parameter locations have to be considered when using the GAA30330AAC software
(see Baseline Modification report).

BASELINE MODIFICATION REPORT
Enhancements:
• Brake switch supervising / monitoring implemented. The MCB input P1.3 is used a
brake switch input (BSW). The following brake switch configurations are supported and
can be configured by the parameter "BrakeSWtype":
• Type 1: 2 NC-switches wired in parallel
• Type 2: 2 Make&break switches with additional SW- or BR - contact.
• New motor type implemented: REIVAJ TAA20000-G5 with 18ATF machine. Parameter
"Motor type" must be set to 2.
Perfections:
• Parameter "SYS Inert" has been moved within the CONTRACT parameter menu. The
new location is now immediately after the "Motor type" parameter.
This has been done to have unique parameter sequences in all MCB_II&VCB software
baselines (e.g. GeN2).
