1. White Label partner


A white label product is a product or service produced by one company that other companies
rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it, produced it or power it.
In this scenario they pay us a monthly subscription with a message overage fee. They mark up
and resell to their customers. They may even in some cases charge a management fee. We
support the WL customer directly and they then support their customers directly. Typically we
would have no interaction with customers unless it a hybrid approach where the WL partner
wants or needs us involved.

2. Affiliate partner
Referral based non-white label partner. Marketing agency would refer us clients that we sell,
service and onboard for an agreed commission as the Textmunication brand.

1. Does it cost us money? Or how much is it?


Our white label pricing is fully customized per client based on their model, message volume,
clients, etc. but generally our standard white label package has NO setup or rebranding fees,
a low monthly subscription starting at $299 that includes messages, no contracts, a white
label admin account to onboard & manage customers, and has a 5-1 minimum ROI. The
white label program can be more lucrative but we also have affiliate referral based
programs that don’t require an investment.

2. How will we or my clients use mobile messaging?

- New client acquisition

- Feedback, engagement, two-way communication, etc.…
