ABL Assignment Title: Report Writing

Objective: The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with hands-on experience in
report writing, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and presenting feedback. Students will gain
practical skills in designing questionnaires, gathering data, and drawing meaningful
conclusions from feedback results.

Assignment Details
Task: Report Writing (Faculty Feedback)
You are required to conduct a survey among students regarding the quality of teaching, the
curriculum, and overall satisfaction with one or two faculty members of your choice. Select
the faculty members you wish to focus on for this feedback. The feedback should be gathered
through a well-designed questionnaire.The results of this survey should be compiled into a
comprehensive report following the given format. Choose one or two faculty members whose
teaching, curriculum, and overall performance you wish to gather/ present feedback about.

Report Structure:
Your report should be structured as follows:

Title Page:
Title of the Report

Course Name and Code
Instructor’s Name
Introduction:
Briefly introduce the purpose of the report.
State the objectives of the survey.
Provide background information on the subject matter of the survey (faculty feedback).

o Hard copy: Submit a printed copy of your report to your by January 07, 2024.
o Soft copy: Google Classroom- December 31, 2024

o Develop a set of minimum 15 questions for your survey. These should cover

faculty accessibility, and overall student satisfaction.
