PHASE 1: CORE DISCIPLINE (Weeks 1-2)
Goal: Build the foundation of habits, timing, and self-respect.
4:30 AM - Wake up (No excuses)
4:30-4:45 AM - Water & freshen up
4:45-5:15 AM - Silent meditation (breath-focused)
5:15-5:30 AM - Gratitude prayer to God
5:30-6:30 AM - Exercise + Yoga
6:30-7:00 AM - Bath + Mantras
7:00-8:00 AM - Study session (2 Pomodoros)
Commandment: Miss timing = 20 pushups. No mercy for laziness.
PHASE 2: DEEP MIND TRAINING & WORK PURPOSE (Weeks 3-6)
Goal: Build a sharp mind, learn key skills, and eliminate distractions.
Pomodoro Method: 25 min work + 5 min break x4 cycles.
Use Kanban Board: To Learn -> Learning -> Practiced -> Mastered
Sunday: Full revision of the week.
No social media till 9 PM, max 30 mins.
PHASE 3: SPIRITUAL STRENGTH + EMOTIONAL CONTROL
Goal: Connect to higher power and gain mental control.
Daily Mantra Japa (21 or 108 times):
Options: Om Namah Shivaya / Hare Krishna / Om Mani Padme Hum
Read a holy scripture 1 page/day.
Fast on Full Moon or New Moon (if health permits).
PHASE 4: WARRIOR LIFESTYLE (Months 2-6)
Goal: Lifelong growth in strength, skill, and focus.
Mon-Fri: Job + Study + Yoga
Sat: Skill practice + Serve others
Sun: Full weekly review + 1 hr silence
Monthly Mission:
