The Green Computing research project is well underway and we have to select a research tool

Once the processes are categorized, then they can be prioritized. This is where the whole
leadership team gets involved, to include the stakeholders. Then these prioritized categories can be
made into a hierarchical structure with substance and value. This Pareto analysis chart is rather
easy to produce in Microsoft Excel, which is a good thing because I am fairly competent with the
process using MS Excel. We simply put in a table the consumption values during the determined
period of study and then turn it into a chart and you have a visual of the consumption periods. We
can then find the highest consumption periods and compare them to any changes or patterns
differences from the lower periods. Then these values can be re charted in another analysis chart to
visually compare the major causes of energy consumption. In conclusion, the Pareto analysis will
allow us to identify the major energy consumption issues or the major energy conservation savings
factors and allow us to prioritize them in a hierarchical manner. Then the decision making process
can begin to work to reduce the overall costs and save energy at the same time.

Power, and Insurance. Lots of pharmaceutical companies will argue that their R D costs of
manufacturing drugs is what makes them price the pharmaceuticals the way they do. How true is
this? We all know that research and technology is expensive, but is that what they are spending the
most money on? The answer is no. 9 out of 10 pharmaceutical companies are spending double of the
amount they spend on R D on marketing with the highest being $17.5 Billion. While marketing is a
important part of the selling process the pharmaceutical companies would rather blame R D costs
than tell the consumer that it s because they are spending it on marketing. Big Pharma,which has

ABSTRACT
The goal of this paper is to bring Linear Algebra and Digital Signal Processing together for
efficiently solving the applied signal processing problems. Linear Algebra tool box is created to
visualize the signal by just clicking and dragging the concerned module. In MATLAB and other
platforms, tapping of the signals cannot be done and conventional code has to be written for
solving the problem. GNU Radio is a freeware software for processing signals through which
tapping of signal can be done .The module is created in GNU Radio with predefined template and
the platform used here is C++.Further, the code is glued to Python using swig. The blocks are
created in order to estimate energy, check orthogonality, compute unit normalization, find Euclidean
norm of a signal and least square fitting. The end user can visualize the signal in various plots.
