THE ROLE
The Hotel Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the fleet in project management, reporting, process
improvement and hospitality cost control. The position is suited for an analytical and detailed-oriented hospitality professional
interested in making their mark in the growing expedition cruise industry. This is a hands-on role with visits to the ships as
required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO US
• University degree in any Business Analytics, Business Administration, Hotel Administration, or other analytical discipline.
• Hospitality-industry specific work experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in a regional Hotel or Cruise line office
reporting on multiple business units.
• Experience in Excel, Tableau or other current analytical software and reporting.
• Strong verbal, organisation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within formal reporting relationships.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel from time to time on vessels for operational understanding and best practice implementations.
