Blueprint, In General, The Name Itself Explains That The
Blueprint, in general, the name itself explains that the paper which will be in blue color

This is the project phase of business critical implementation application when business gathers
requirements and define phases when an organization requires (ten steps to business process
blueprinting, n.d.).
For every project or business what we have to know what should be implemented and how much
time will it take to implement that particular task. There should be a clear and detail description
about work which needs to be implemented and how it looks like after completion which
approximate time interval. There are some steps for explaining the process (ten steps to business
process blueprinting, n.d.):
Develop a process inventory: which contains the inventory of all the processes where there are
known and unknown processes. This helps to make a good start with one process and complete them
in a sequential manner without failure.
Establish the foundation: which provides scope to better understand the boundaries of the project
and provides basic information about the process which is started first.
Draw Blueprint: explains the process, different departments, and tasks required in a project from
starting of the project till the end of the project.
Estimate Time and Cost: it is very crucial for every project to estimate how much time will project
takes to complete and base measurement cost for entire completion of the project.
Verify the Process Blueprint: after the completion of the plan regarding the project we need to know

The Call Of The Wild
Charles Darwin, an evolutionary scientist, who once said, it is not the most intellectual of the
species that survives; it is not the strongest that survives; but the species that survives is the one
that is able best to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which it finds itself . In Jack
London s book The Call of The Wild, out of many themes the most important is adaptation for
many reasons. Buck has adapted mentally and physically, Buck s original character was changed
very quickly after arriving in the cold Alaskan wilderness. Buck adapted in many ways throughout
the book and this helped him greatly in surviving and becoming the lead sled dogand eventually a
giant ghost dog .
Buck started as a pampered large house dog was stolen and he was forced to adapt to the cold
Alaskan conditions. Bucks environment has changed from the beginning of the book he has
lived in warm Santa Clara valley California but he must adapt to these cool harsh icy conditions of
Alaska Buck lived at a big house in the sun kissed Santa Clara Valley (London 21). Judge Miller s
place, it was called (London 21) Buck used to live in sunny California and lived with a rich family
and occasionally went hunting with his owner... But now he has gone to Alaska where it s a cold
barren and unforgiving landscape where he must adapt to survive This first theft marked Buck as fit
to survive in the hostile Northland environment. It marked his adaptability, his capacity to adjust

The Vicious Cycle Of Deity In Joseph Conrad s The Heart Of...
The Vicious Cycle Of Deity In Joseph Conrad s novel The Heart Of Darkness, power is expressed
throughout. Power is considered a large concept in the novel and is presented as two different
things, power in nature and power in humans. Power in humans is more complicated in the novel
than it is in nature because nature has a power system of its own and humans do not and
constantly fight for it. For humans, in order to receive power they go through several tasks just
to achieve it. Kurtz is a prime example of expressing power, how he craves and achieves power is
disturbing. However, Kurtz uses his power by ruining the jungle and dehumanizing the natives that
live there. Furthermore, the Europeans going to the Congo crave the same power that Kurtz does
and will go through any efforts just to get it, like collecting ivory. Kurtz is one of the many men
sent to the jungle to collect ivory and strip the land of its natural resources. He became known as
powerful for his knowledge and large collection of ivory. His power gives him the ability to achieve
popularity from those back in Europe and the natives that live in the Congo. However, the power in
Kurtz demonstrates his ignorance as he feels he must save the natives from themselves, leading him
to dehumanize them. While in the jungle, Kurtz is in the true heart of darknesswhich is the farthest
station in the jungle. Kurtz keeps being fed this illusion of power because he has been stuck in the
darkness of the jungle for so long
Mmt Reflection
I am a first year student in the MLT program effective 2016, but this ended in March 31, 2017 due
to suspension by the college. I have accumulated many accolades before entering the MLT program
such as making the Dean s list and being inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I have
had no disciplinary record before entering this program. I have been at Central Piedmont
Community College for 3 years to be exact. I have had no disciplinary record from other schools that
I have matriculated at. With that being said, the MLT department at Central Piedmont Community
College has committed numerous violations on my behalf. There is a paper trail that can validate
this claim significantly. I will provide the backdrop of everything, on Sunday,... Show more content

And a student made a mistake on another student arm but his technique was not overly scrutinize,
when this year I made not mistakes on anybody arm. And my friend was okay with sharing grades
until the instructors made a huge deal out of it. Additionally, I missed lab and lecture for urinalysis
and this effected my lab practical grade for urinalysis. The Associate Dean, charged with me
indecent conduct but later on I appeal the decision because the charge was misleading and I called
Ferpa for clarification. Asking for a student grade is not indecent, but this is consider a fact and not
opinion and my friend and I would not discuss grades since this has become a problem with the
instructors. And she stated: The instructors were making a big deal out of it. I told the Associate
Dean, this could effect future employment, phi theta kappa and permanent record. On March 21st
and 22nd the instructors was reading private information that belong to me in front of other students.
And making inappropriate comments and during the lab exam in urinalysis I had to use a different

Ford v.s Dodge: The Battle of the Cars
We live in the 21st century, which is considered to be the era of modern technology and sophisticated
ingenuity. Yet up to this day, two brands have managed to keep up with the 21st century. Which
includes the best technology in automotive industry and the capability of implementing sophisticated
aerodynamics. Ford and Dodge have been head to head with each other since the early 1900 s.
Both of these car brands are known to have built some of the best muscle cars out in the world. But
what many people don t know is that Ford and Dodge also represent a piece of freedom and America.
In 1903, a company was being established in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the upcoming years, both Ford and the Dodge company would face some of the most difficult
hardships that would either make or break both of the companies, and all their time and effort the
founders have dedicated to the automobile industry. On January, 14th, 1920, John Francis Dodge
had passed away, leaving the company to his brother. Soon after John Francis death, Horace Elgin
Dodge had also passed away from Influenza on December, 20th, 1920. Leaving the the Dodge
company behind ranked in 2nd place in the automobile industry. With no one to left in charge of
the Dodge company, the company was later sold to the Graham Brothers who were a truck
manufacturing company. Eventually Ford was also hit with some hardships. Henry Ford had also
passed away in April, 7, 1947 from Cerebral Hemorrhage. Soon after Henry Ford s death the
company was passed down to his grandson Henry Ford II. Leaving all of henry s innovation and
ingenuity behind.
Yet with big drawbacks from both companies, Ford and Dodge managed to progress. After nearly
40 years both Dodge and Ford started taking their cars and their companies to another level. By
funding special groups focused on sports cars, it would promise the automakers a chance to
compete in the Le man s race and target car enthusiast. Carroll Shelby would be the creator of the
mustang gt350, gt500, and the gt race car, that would be used in the Le man s race. On the other hand
Criterion-Referenced Competency Test
Using the Criterion Referenced Competency Test (CRCT) to measure Georgia public schools
Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) put pressure on the Atlanta Public Schools and fostered Beverly
Hall to use dishonorable tactics to meet the goals of President George W. Bush s No Child Left
Behind Act (NCLB), which required states to conduct annual assessments of student academic
achievement to determine financial rewards or penalties for schools and teachers. This act failed to
recognize the underlying problems in low performing public schools, often problems that money
could not fix, and had unintended negative consequences such as the Atlanta cheating scandal. First
of all, federal funding was granted to high performing schools for meeting the AYP,... Show more

NCLB was more likely to help schools that already had high quality teaching and resources, making
the funding incentive ineffective in equal distribution and access to high quality education. This
created an atmosphere where leaders like Hall had to act unethically to receive funding and play
this game that set up low SES schools to lose. What Hall did was not justified by any means nor do
I think she manipulated test scores for the good of the kids, but her behavior is understandable
considering the circumstances. Different incentives, such as full tuition scholarships for high quality
teachers in the nation s top graduate programs to teach in low SES schools or directly incentivizing
low SES kids to enroll in college for upward mobility and supporting their families could have been
implemented to prevent an Atlanta cheating scandal. Nevertheless, improving educational outcome
does not occur at the school level but beyond into the societal level. It is important to take these
factors into consideration when implementing future educational
A Research Study On The Social Sciences
The Social Sciences consist of a variety of disciplines that aim to understand the behaviour,
interactions and relationships between individuals and society. Social scientists conduct research in
order to gain a deeper insight into the factors that affect individuals. They do so by using systematic
methods of investigation that allow them to analyse and interpret their findings, and thus create a
new theory of knowledge or expand upon the existing knowledge of a theory (Giddens Sutton,
2013). Researchers may use a variety of processes that provide a solid and coherent structure to their
researchthat ensures its validity and reliability. Choosing the right process will aid the researcher in
better understanding the area of research and thus may allow them to apply their findings to the
workings of the wider social world.
Irwin Elley s (2011) Concerted Cultivation? Parenting Values, Education and Class Diversity, is a
study into the effects of class diversity and parental values of the importance of modern child
education, uses a mixed method of investigation. The research takes into account previous studies
into class diversity and parental roles in children s development and socialisation. The research
question of the study is not made clear at the beginning of the article to suggest an aim as to what the
study seeks to explain, though a hypothesis is offered within the findings of the study. The research
also uses quantitative and qualitative data gathering
