✅ Pay the fees in cash at the College Accounts Counter to receive an instant money
receipt. Please ensure that the receipt is collected immediately after making the cash
payment.
✅ For online payments, ensure the correct college bank account is used:

✅ Send the UTR/transaction details with student name and registration number to
[email protected] for acknowledgment (if paid online).
✅ Keep a copy of your transaction proof for future reference.
❌ DON’Ts
❌ Do not deposit cash directly into the college bank account - no credit will be given
for such deposits.
❌ Do not expect instant receipts for online payments - receipts will only be
generated after bank reconciliation, which may take over a month.
❌ Do not pay fees to any unauthorized person, whether associated with the
college or not.
IMPORTANT NOTE
For a hassle-free transaction and instant acknowledgment, cash payment at the
college counter is strongly recommended.
The college shall not be held responsible for any payments made to individuals or
third-party accounts. Students and parents are strictly advised not to deposit any
amount into personal accounts or any account other than the official college account.
The college will not be responsible for any such transactions made at your own risk.
