The Future Is Bright with Fusion
With the world s supply of fossil fuels declining, alternative sources of power are an important
issue in the minds of scientists and world leaders alike. While everyone scrambles to find the
most effective way to harness solar, wind, and water power, they forget about a form of producing
energy that has been researched for 70 years and is only a hair s breadth from being usable(26).
Fusion, the same power that fuels the sun, could fuel the world s homes and cars. A 1000 megawatt
coalfired power plant requires 2.7 million tons of coal per year(21) whereas proposed fusion power
plant designs only require 250 kilos of fuel per year to produce more power(22).That s 1/10800000
of the fuel required to run a coal fired plant. Even with all fusion could accomplish, funding for it has
been cut dramatically in the past few years because of the inability of scientists to attain sustained
fusion. Fusion is the key to ending our dependence on coal, oil, and natural gas because sustained
fusion would produce 4 million times the energy that current methods produce and the fuel is
harmless and readily available.(thesis statement)
Producing electricity in almost any power plant is a very similar process. In each, a fuel heats
water into steam, which then flows through pipes to spin turbines. When the turbines spin they
produce usable power. The main difference between the power plants are the form of fuel used and
how it is used. In a coal fired, wood, or natural gas power plant the fuel
Auto Paint Match Painting

Also, the issue is, scratches can now and again happen at or close to the rakish or bend surfaces
of the auto, for this situation they are exceptionally perceptible and harder to repair. Today, paint
less scratch evacuation strategy is as of now being used to tackle these issues. Unique apparatuses
are utilized to press, work, or rub down on the influenced part until it is back to its ordinary shape.
This ought to be done while guaranteeing that the paint does not get harmed. Also, for those
scratches on difficult to achieve regions, for example, the edge of the auto s floor, fill and shower
techniques are utilized.

Body Frame Straightening:

For autos that accomplished crash with another vehicle or question sufficiently huge to bring about
a longitudinal or horizontal harm on the auto s casing, body outline rectifying is required. An
electronic device is utilized as a part of this procedure. A ultrasound innovation measures the
disparity of the edge arrangement and afterward a laser is utilized to precisely adjust the edge back
to its unique shape.

Dehumanization In Beloved
Dehumanization of Female Femininity
Women s femininity in the novel Beloved, is determined by their slave owners and the enslaved
community which they reside in. The slaves are denied basic fundamental human rights, and
therefore are treated inhumanely. This oftentimes limits them from developing self esteem and
forming adult human relationships, because relationships, such as marriage and motherhood are not
recognized by the white slave owners. This oftentimes causes the slaves to suffer psychologically. In
the protagonist Sethe s situation, the dehumanization of female slaves deprives her of her female
identity, forbidding her the the right to have a mature human relationship of her own choosing. She

1. Introduction This report examines various proposals raised by different managers of Dumbellow
Ltd. The major issue addressed by these proposals is how to deal with product Z which is currently
resulting in losses and thus pulling down the net profit of the entire product line . The financial
controller proposed a termination of the production of the product while the marketing manager
suggested a £1 per unit reduction in the price so as to increase the demand of the product. On the
other hand, the managing director thought that a 10% increase in both sales and activity across the
board would make a difference. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This calculated profit can be reliably achieved. On the other hand, businesses using marginal costing
sets their prices by estimating the highest customer will pay, competitor s prices and market prices
are also considered. This price is designed to cover the marginal costs and is relatively lower. It is
expected that lower prices would stimulate demand, maximize profits or increase the market
share. A similar case, applies to production volume; in marginal costing, higher volumes of
production are set due it the expected increase in demand stimulated by lower prices. All these are
speculations which are risky but have worked for most companies. Marginal costing may not be
sustainable in the long run because fixed costs will have to be recovered by the firm. It is also
worth noting that this method can make the consumers to continually expect lower prices thus
making it difficult to raise prices again. This would impact negatively on the profitability of firms
during financial bloom or even when the firm wants to recover its fixed costs. However, it works
well during financial crises since the firm that uses marginal cost will remain competitive in terms of
low prices.
Proposals
Proposals are the strategies that were raised by the Financial Controller, the Production Manager,
the Marketing Manager, and the Managing Director. The main aim was to provide an optimal way
of dealing with product Z which was unprofitable and was expected to
Should Music With Curse Words Be Allowed At School Dances

Mr. Bertelsen

Should music with curse words be allowed at school dances?

I think that music with curse words should be allowed in school dances. I think this because
usually songs without a couple curse words don t have a good beat. Songs with curse words have a
really good beat. Without a good beat the mood at the dance isn t very high because there is nothing
to dance to. Our school usually has a killer dance. There is a lot of people that are dancing and in
the gym. When a bad song comes on that doesn t have a beat or any curse words, everyone goes
into the lobby. They do this because the song flat out stinks. When they hear a good song come
back on they meander their way back to the gym to
Hayco Manufacturing Ltd.

and effort in building Hayco Home?

Fringe benefits costs are known to be little but it could yield potential benefits for both the
employer and the employee as well. Mr. Donald Hay, president and CEO of Hayco Manufacturing
Limited, noted that getting skilled labor has been one of the biggest problems that the company
faces. Accordingly, they could not make products to the SIX Sigma quality levels without them.
Hayco adapted a quality oriented strategy as to decrease defects, at the same time, lower its
manufacturing costs. This strategy can be carried out if the company has employees that are
dedicated, well trained and focused on quality. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As the company gives a clear message to their employees that they are very much valued through
their benefits policy (i.e. Hayco home, in particular) will lead to many advantages for the firm. In
one study wherein employees were asked on their expectations from the company, typical responses
of these employees included: (1) salary that is competitive with the rest of the industry, (2)
trustworthy co workers, supervisors and upper management, (3) understanding the organization s
mission and vision, (4) an incentive program that has an impact on the employee, (5) a safe work
environment, (6) an appropriate recognition for work which is done, (7) job security, and finally (8)
dignified treatment of all employees. The management philosophy of Hayco Manufacturing Limited
can be assessed as one that values their employees as an important factor in the success of the
company.

Any company s success relies increasingly on the knowledge, abilities and skills, innovative
creativity and motivation of their employees. The valuing of employees means that the company is
committed to the satisfaction, development and well being of their employees. There are major
challenges and obstacles that companies can face upon this kind of management philosophy (the
valuing of employees). They include:

CASE STUDY
The internationalisation of Tesco new frontiers and new problems
Neil Wrigley, Michelle Lowe and Katherine Cudworth

Tesco s international expansion until 2010 had seemed like a complete success despite the odd
hiccough. This case re examines Tesco s internationalisation in the context of harsher economic
conditions, using a comparison of its operations in South Korea and the USA to draw out important
strategic dimensions of the retail internationalisation process. It also explores the organisational
consequences of that process for the firm, particularly when it is perceived to threaten the home
market performance of the retailer.

In May 2013, Tesco, the UK s largest retailer and private sector employer of labour, announced
annual sales for 2012 13 of £72 billion (~ $109bn ~ CSSbn),1 barely changed from the previous
year. Profits were £3.4bn, down from £3.8 billion the year before. For Philip Clarke, Tesco s CEO
since 2011, this was his second set of disappointing annual results. Sales across Europe were flat,
and the company had had to decide at the end of 2012 to exit Tesco s business in the United States.
The main source of encouragement seemed to be Tesco s growing Asian business. Philip Clarke
declared: Building an international business, even when the global headwinds work
