Customer Service at Alton Towers
Customer Service at Alton Towers
I am going to be writing about the customer service in Alton Towers, and factors that would affect
the customer service. I will begin with writing about factors that would affect customer service:
a) Seeing as how Alton Towers is an amusement park, factors that could effect could affect customer
service can range from factors such as are there many places for visitors to purchase food for when
they are hungry, are they enough lavatories around the park, and, most importantly, are the rides in
the park easily accessible. Other things such as how queues are managed and navigation around the
park may also affect customer service.
b) They are a variety of customers in Alton towers, and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
e)
The challenges that they would face would be:
Keep it updated
Keep the website looking attractive and change it regularly to keep the customers interested
Do new promotions to attract customers
Too many people might visit the website which could cause it to freeze
Keep peoples personal details secured
Answer peoples requires

f) What Alton Towers do to maintain its customer standards is quite varied. Like the types of
customers I mentioned above, they do try and cater to the needs that I listed. They have electronic
signs around the park which informs people of the predicted amount of time you would be in the
queue for a ride, which is very good for people who do not want to wait a long time for a ride. They
have maps all around the park, with the You Are Here marker to allow for easy navigation, and
the maps are plentiful. They are plenty of activities which appeal to young children and thrill
seekers, ranging from staged shows and small rides for younger children to large roller coasters
and in park pubs for older customers. They have plenty of lavatories in the amusement park, with
bathrooms for disabled customers and changing areas for parents with young children. They are
many places for people to eat at in Alton Towers, with plenty of good and a large
The separation between the Catholic and Protestant faiths...
The separation between the Catholic and Protestant faiths is one based upon ignorance. It breaks
apart two very similar groups of people due to lack of knowledge or understanding towards another.
To help break this strife, In this assignment, it was my responsibility to visit a Protestant Church, to
experience their celebration of faith, and to gain a deeper understanding of our brothers in
Christianity. Features of church) Walking into the church an interesting feeling flooded my senses,
which presented itself in a way quite different from the many Sundays I have spent attending my
normal Church. The exterior structure of the church was designed to represent the form of a fish.
This was meant to represent the idea that something... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Communion) When it came time for the communion, a very different sequence occurred than the
one to which I had become so accustomed. The bread and wine were administered to the
congregation, not by forming a line towards the priest, but by having select people administer
both a small helping of something bread and a small cup of wine , or grape juice. The idea
behind this was that, only when every member of the service held the bread and wine, did they, as
a group, receive the communion together. Observing this allowed me to re evaluate the process
familiar to me all my life: does it not make sense to receive the communion as a community?
Though this process is not too far off from our own practices, I still found it to be a rather
interesting understanding and practice of what is meant behind the communion of Christ.
Community) Unlike the solemn, reserved attitude of a Catholic entering his pew for an early
morning mass, the atmosphere of this church when I first entered the building was full of life. I
looked around and saw that, to my surprise, every person was on their feet, socializing with the
other members of the congregation. Among the crowd I could hear conversations pertaining to the
welfare of another s family or career or even the simple question of how are you. At first I thought
something was wrong: shouldn t we all be sitting in silence,
What Is Ifemelu Moving Back To America
In Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie s novel Americanah, Is about a woman who is from Nigeria where
she moves to America and decides to move back to Nigeria after many years of being in America.
Claim statement being Ifemelu s move back to Nigeria after many years of experience in America
has changed her cultural identity.

The beginning of the chapter at the moment Ifemelu arrived back in her homeland of America in
Nigeria. At first Lagos assaulted her; the sun dazed haste, the yellow buses full of squashed limbs,
the sweating hikers racing cars, the advertisements on hulking billboards (others scrawled on walls
PLUMBER CALL 080177777) and the heaps of rubbish that rose on the roadsides like a taunt. (475

She no longer has or wants to ask Ranyinudo for advice in going to the market when she felt super
uncomfortable doing, and she is used to waking up to the sound of the screaming peacocks. The
speedboat was gliding on foaming water, past beaches of ivory sand, and trees bursting, well fed
green. Ifemelu was laughing/ she caught herself in mid laughter, and looked at her present, an
orange life jacket strapped around her, a ship in the graying distance, her friends in their
sunglasses, on their way to Priye s friend s beach house, where they would grill meat and race
barefoot. She thought: I m really home, I m home (506 Adichie) Connecting to the claim, Ifemelu
emotional identity sets back to her past towards her future. Here it states that Ifemelu feels home
again, she feels more comfortable with where she originally is from as in her home country, instead
of having an American culture from America, she starts to actually settle in and enjoy herself again
like before she moved from Nigeria to America. This supports the claim of identity because Ifemelu
shifted from being offended when she came back to Nigeria from America and then she then started
to try to get settled in naturally by just letting the days pass

How the Police Access Data to Obtain Criminal Information

Law enforcement communicates between every state in the United States. Each state uses
different programs which makes up different types of databases, and keeps track of just about
everyone who has some sort of identification. A drivers license is the most common form of
identification, and everyone in the United States is suppose to obtain a up to date drivers license
to drive a vehicle legally. Tammy is going to the state of Florida with her Uncle Bob and her uncle is
driving because she does not have a valid driver s license. Tammy has only an ... Show more content

and awakens just as they enter a small town 50 miles from the county lines of Alabama. Bob and
Tammy decide to stop at a rest area for the night and obtain some more sleep.
When Tammy awakens she discovers that Bob has stopped to obtain food and gas. Tammy finds out
that they are halfway through Alabama, and she slept 10 hours. Bob returns to the car, Tammy eats,
and they are on the road again close to their destination. Tammy obtains excitement when she sees
the sign for Florida, but what she does not know is that everything is about to turn upside down
when they pull up into a Dairy Queen in Miami Florida.
The Initial Traffic Stop
The whole trip, the speed limit was 70 miles per hour. Bob is used to the speed and forgot the
speed limit decreases to 35 miles per hour. When Bob and Tammy entered Miami city limits
Tammy noticed a patrol car behind them. The patrol car followed them for about a minute before
she saw the red and blue lights come on. Bob noticed the patrol car also and pulled into a Dairy
Queen parking lot. Bob s behavior changed in an instant. Bob starts to sweat, and he is gripping the
steering wheel.

Charter Of Rights And Freedoms In Canada
In its earliest days, Canada did not have a written constitution. During the mid 1700s and 1800s,
French and British colonists, who were governed by the laws of their home countries, populated the
territory of modern day Canada. As the territory of Canada became more populated, the United
Kingdom assumed authority over all of Canadas inhabitants. However, as time went on it became
obvious that a system of autochthonous constitution was required to effectively govern the
individual needs of the colonies. The Constitution Act of 1867, reflected a few core values that the
drafters held for the creation of the Dominion of Canada including: (1) loyalty to the United
Kingdom and (2) respect for all language and religion. However, those values shifted... Show more

Before 1988, abortion in Canada was illegal in all providences however due to the relatively new
Charter of Rights and Freedoms Canadian doctors were able to challenge the law. According to
section 7, the Charter guarantees the life, liberty and personal security of all Canadians. It also
demands that governments respect the basic principles of justice whenever it intrudes on those
rights. (Section 7, Charter of Rights and Freedoms). Thus the law banning abortion was a violation
of the rights guaranteed in the Charter, and as one of the prevailing justices in the case stated: The
right to liberty...guarantees a degree of personal autonomy over important decisions intimately
affecting his or her private life. ... The decision whether or not to terminate a pregnancy is
essentially a moral decision and in a free and democratic society, the conscience of the individual
must be paramount to that of the state. The Charter further protects the right of choice, moral
decisions, and freedom of personal
How Does Shakespeare Create A Conflicting Language
Throughout Macbeth, Shakespeare uses contrasting language; antithesis and oxymoron s to reflect
the theme of conflict displayed during the play. An example of his use of language is lesser than
Macbeth and greater , this is conflicting language because it juxtaposes the comparative adjectives,
lesser , with greater , which have quite opposite meanings and causes the phrase appear to make
little sense to the audience and create contrast, as a result. This is one example of much other
conflicting language used in the play, however, this scene in particular, act 1, scene 3, uses this type
of language more frequently. Shakespeare may do this because this is the scene in which the witches
first start causing trouble and Macbethappears, therefore it may represent the opposite supernatural
powers of good and evil. On the other hand it may also link to many other forms of conflict during
the play, such as the battle or conflict... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Also because he continues to relate back to the supernatural throughout Macbeth and uses Pathetic
Fallacy in using lightning to depict bad omens. Meanwhile, the idea of the conflicting language to
show the conflict in which Macbeth had just fought seems unlikely as it would show Macbeth to be
weaker than previously portrayed because prior to this he is shown to have slaughtered the
opposition and got victory easily, meanwhile this idea would suggest that the other army fought
back and the battle was more balanced. Despite this, it is also viable that the contrast of language
does foreshadow the thoughts which Macbeth would later experience because it would also
reinforce the idea of the witches being the fates as then they would already know the future and what
would happen to
