My First Basketball Game By Sebastian Vettel
I don t care too much what happened in the past. I prefer to focus on what is coming next and I
am really looking forward to it. A quote by Sebastian Vettel would explain this moment of my life
pretty accurately. It was an easygoing Saturday afternoon, bright and humid as always and I knew
we had to play with a mindset that we are going to win this gamebecause in three tries to defeat this
team, we couldn t get it done. For the fourth game, arguably the biggest game of our whole season,
we received news that nobody wanted to hear. One of our best players had torn a ligament in his
knee. All that week, I made constant visits to my school s basketballcourt to make sure I was healthy
enough for this game so my team wouldn t be damaged anymore... Show more content on

It was a brutal score by the start of the 4th quarter. If we lost, we would be out. I was ready to take
control of this game If my teammates were going to give up on me but I couldn t do it by myself.
Our lineup walked on the court and they started with the ball. I continually shouted to not give
any shots to their team and to play hard and aggressive defense. We came up with the steal and I ran
the fast break. As I went up for a layup, I was vigorously shoved to the floor and I was slow to get
up. I knew I had to keep playing whether I was hurt or not. I walked up to the free throw line, in pain,
hoping the referees wouldn t pull me out of the game. I made both free throws and kept playing
hard. With almost 10 seconds left, it was a tie ball game and my leg was bulking up with pain.
We had the ball, and I was the one to take the last shot. I received the ball off of a roll and picked it
up and held it for 8 seconds and shot it with 3 seconds left. It missed, clanked off the rim and I got
my own rebound and put it back up and scored with 3 tenths of a second left. We had just one this
game. I was proud of myself for keeping my composure and came to a conclusion that taking
leadership IS how you get things
One Of The Most First Essential Steps When Implementing
One of the most first essential steps when implementing a marketing plan is to identify the
research problem. Marketing research helps to identify a series of problems, also known as
research questions that are crucial for achieving targeted objectives through a marketing plan. The
Chicken Coop, however, had two different proposals proposed by McMicheal and Wallace while
seeing drops in sales across the firm were identified. McMicheal identified the issue in operation,
while Wallace tackled the brand image and marketingactivities. Hence the firm needed to establish a
new marketing research in order to stay in its competition and decision proposed by two must be
decided.

As a results, new employees were inadequately trained thereby creating a worsening of services
provided to customers. Thus, rather than inspecting the cause by visiting in the field, along with the
CEO, an appropriate research method should be employed for further exploring this problem. One
suggestion may be to include a survey for customers so that a level of customer service can be
analyzed and enhanced. Proposed Methodologies
One of the critical matter when developing a marketing plan is to identify the research methodology.
The followings were proposed by Buckmeister the CEO, Wallance, and McMicheal;
Taste Tests: The purpose of the taste test is to gather objective source about food quality, relative to
the competition. One way to conduct this method is to gather local customers to actually taste its
products. However, it requires additional funds and thus, creates an economical burden.
Brand Image Monitoring Surveys: The purpose of this method is to gather quantitative data on the
firm s brand image via telephonic survey. Although this is an uneconomical method, this may affect
firm s brand image as a whole, since some consumer may perceive this as telephone marketing
scheme, besides funds may be greater depending on its quantitative research performed.
The Customer Experience Study: The purpose of this study is to gather sources on how customers

How To Write A Propaganda Poster Analysis
The use of propaganda posters was a logical way to depend on public support to help with victory
or defeat during the times of war. During World War 2, Canada frequently trusted propaganda
posters for public support. Through the heavy use of elements and techniques, my image and
slogan sent a message that joining the military was the patriotic thing to do, particularly in the
context of fighting evil. Upon looking at my poster, Destroy This Mad Beast along with the image
of Hitler taking over the world, emotions of dread and fear are conveyed to the audience. There is a
strong desire to help out the country and a feeling of hatred towards the enemy. The first aspect that
conveys these emotions is the colour scheme. The use of dull colours... Show more content on

The poster targeted audiences, who were healthy young men across Canada because as seen in
the poster, aircraft and ammunitions were needed to be put to use by strong men in order to
destroy Hitler. All Canadian audiences from French Canadians to new immigrants would have
interpreted the poster in the same way as they feared Hitler s control and to prevent Hitler s
power, the audiences would have to enlist to fight against him. The use of persuasive pictures and
words in my propaganda poster influenced feelings and actions, which made it much easier to
encourage the citizens to make the sacrifice and contribute to the war. The poster said a declarative
statement Destroy This Mad Beast. Enlist Now with the unsaid or else which indicates that the
country will suffer by the Nazi government if men do not enlist. My poster is from the point of
view of Canadian artists who worked for the Ministry of Information government towards the issue
of Hitler invading many countries, which caused the artist to create the poster in the year of 1940.
The artists who worked for the government have access to a wide variety of sources of information
from the society and the information given by the government at the time in order to create the
poster regarding men to enlist to fight against Hitler. The

Patient Assessment Essay
After reading this case study, this assignment will focus on the appropriate assessment and
management that should be undertaken by paramedics to give this patient the best possible care.
This will be achieved by following the five key stages of patient assessment from Pilbery et al.
(2013, pp. 114 239). This will consist of the Scene management, primary assessment, History taking,
Secondary assessment and reassessment of the patient. Following this, the patient s presenting
complaint would be managed according to the findings and relevant guidelines.

Based on the primary survey, it is understood that there is no danger. Therefore, making it safe for a

Furthermore, According to Cretikos et al. (2008), an adult with a respiratory rate of over 24 breaths
per minute in combination with other evidence of physiological instabilities, can sometimes be an
early indicator that a patient may be critically ill.

This patient has oxygen saturation levels of 94%on air. Thus, she is considered to be within the
lower level of being within the normal range. At this moment, it would not be necessary to give
emergency oxygen according to the Guideline for emergency oxygen use in adult patients (2008).
However, due to the saturations being in the lower range, it is advised that the saturation probe stays
on the patient s finger. This would be as a precautionary measure in case she becomes hypoxic
(Henderson, 2014).

Her heart rate is high at 110 beats per minute (bpm). In medical terms, any person who has over
100bpm is classed as having Supraventricular tachycardia (NHS Choices, 2015). Increased heart
rate can be caused due to the increased respiratory effort or overuse of β2 agonist (Henderson,
2015). Increases in breaths per minute are a sign that there is a reduced amount of oxygen getting
to the lungs. This in turn, will show a reduction of oxygen in the blood. As a result, in order to
compensate, the heart will then work faster in an effort to provide the necessary amount of oxygen
to the rest
Dex Trash
What does a society label as trash? Those who are born into a situation in which they can do
nothing to contribute to said society, or those who only can consume the resources of said
society and leave solely destruction in their wake. These are the questions considered when
reading the books Dexter by Design by Jeff Lindsay and Trash by Andy Mulligan. In the final leg of
Dexter by Design I followed Dubious Dimpled Dexter (Lindsay 241) on a noble quest to kill the
Brando Weiss, a serial killer, trying to kill Dexter, the serial killer, before the serial killer could kill
Dexter. In this not so simple game of cat and other cat, only one can emerge as top dog. Where I

Although the exact amount isn t known, it is known that the corrupt Senator Zapanta squandered
billions of pesos in relief money. This money, had it been used correctly, could have been the
boys salvation from a life of poverty living in a dumpsite. Due to this, the money technically
already belongs to them, and to everyone else living in squalor in the city. In reality, the boys are
completely justified in taking this money for themselves being that the senator used it so poorly.
But wait there s more; one of the senator s servants stole the money and hid it so that a citizen of
the city could possibly use it for a worthwhile cause. Once the senator found this out this servant
was brutalized by police and subsequently disappeared. So now, on top of all the reasons the boys
have to take the money as their own, they now have vengeance at the very top of the list. For this
reason I can predict that the boys will spend the money to better themselves and the
Organisational Structure Essay
Introduction to organizational structure An organization structure refers to an arrangement of
people, relationship and responsibilities in carrying out company activities to achieve goal. In

Another benefit of functional organization structure is coherent chain of command. For example,
referring to above chart Account and payroll fall under purview of Finance department. A clear chain
of command is needed, this is because it creates standard operation procedures, besides established
consequences also enhanced accountability. Another advantages of functional structure is it cans
expedited decision making. This is because normally group decision making will slow down
progress on project due to the diverse perspectives involved. But in this structure because people
have similar professional and educational background the decision making process will be much
easier. In addition functional structure also allows work to be done by qualified and skilled
individual in the area concern. Hence, another advantage of this structure is that it reduces cost by
reducing duplication and use of resource in the organization. 1.2 Disadvantage of Functional
Structure Functional structure also have disadvantage. The disadvantage of functional structure is
because functional structure separate by function, as a result employee having a very little
understanding or concern for other area instead of their own area. Because of this separation there is
a barrier in communication and overall cooperation and coordination. Beside that in this structure
individual focus is rather than a company focus. 3 2.0 Geographic Structure Geographic structure

I Am Young Essay
I am young. I am creative, of sound mind bursting with energy and vigour. Oh yes, that is what I
love about being young. I am like an effervescent bottle of soda, full of motion energy, sweet and
exciting. You are carefree, vibrant and just so full of life. We are like athletes running a race
knowing that hopefully great things are awaiting us.
But at a stage of our youth, we need to lose our sense of naivety to be less puerile and more mature.
At this stage, we have to stop seeing the world as a huge playground and enrol into the school of
maturity. At the school of maturity we need the experience of teachers to guide us. They may be our
parents, school teachers or someone you look up to. This is where the face of experience comes in.
We youth think we are intelligent enough to run our own lives and know what we want and how to
get it. However, this ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Many a time, experience loathes accepting new ideas and fresh formulae presented by the youth.
Experience holds tenaciously to the old path forgetting that the world is constantly changing and
youthfulness has its quota to contribute.
On the bright side, experience can be likened to bag of gold and jewels of different worth.
Experience prevents us all from making the same mistakes that ordinarily we were and still are
prone to make. Experience makes the world a lot easier to live in. With experience come maturity,
security and strength. Strength that remains forever embedded in the heart of its possessor.
Being young gives you opportunities older generations had no access too. Like technology. Most
youth cannot imagine a world without their tablets, iPhones, iPods and many products that are
offspring of recent technological advancement. This makes work really easier for the youth and the
world at large making us a highly opportune set of young people. The aspect of our youth is
indispensable in our world of multifaceted

her affairs with the Kennedys. The mafia and other criminal organizations became interested in
Marilyn and her affairs. Marilyn was in psychiatric clinics because of her borderline personality

market share and enable the company to better endure regional economic downturns in the US

product from the company. We think that the luxury goods market is very sensitive to economic
conditions. Customers who are not as comfortable or upbeat about the economy tend to spend less
or by cheaper substitutes. Recession or poor consumer confidence in the US or Japan could result
in a decrease of sales for short or long periods of time. Also, strong competition from other
companies creates further pressure to lower prices and reduce net income. Italian and French
handbag makers have a history of being favorites of women seeking fashion. Coach will continue to
see these companies as a threat as each attempt to regain customers.
