Seasonal Rainfall Scenario (01st June to 26th September, 2019)

As per IMD classification, Monsoon Season started on 01st of June 2019.


Cumulative Rainfall during this year’s monsoon season up to 26th September 2019 was
641.5 mm against normal rainfall 759.0 mm, which was below Long Period Average
(LPA) by -15% over the state as a whole. The detailed district wise rainfall for the week
is given in Table-II.

Temperature/ Heat wave:

No Heat Wave Conditions were reported during the post week. Highest Maximum
Temperature of 35.2oC was recorded at Berthin Agro on 22.09.2019.
