Advanced Custom Audience Ideas
Here, you’ll find a list of custom audiences you may not have tried yet.
DO NOT create all of these audiences at once.
It’ll be a waste of time and you won’t be able to test them all immediately anyway.
Rather, when you’re looking beyond the usual suspects of audiences to test (like 1%
lookalike of purchasers, etc.), reference this for new ideas.
Certain audiences may be hot right now and outperforming - make sure you ask if
you need some guidance on which audiences may make good tests.
Note: all of these can be used to create NEW lookalike audiences for testing
purposes.
Some of these audiences will require non-Facebook data and/or a separate platform
like Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager (i.e. the customer CSV ones, button
clicks, etc.).
Most of these audiences can be further segmented by date range (7 days, 14 days,
30 days … 180 days, some of them can go to 365 days as well) Implication:
you’ll never run out of new test audiences :)
