Section 1: Identity

1. If I were to describe myself in 3 words it would be, Outgoing, Explorative, and Private. I chose
these words because as an ambivert person, I am expressive and outgoing to people I am
comfortable with, though I still try to communicate with new people. I am explorative because, I
am curious about new things and I like to try new things out. I also set boundaries for myself
and my life because I don't like to make my life to be overly exposed to many people.

2. My strongest personality traits are being:

• Cautious: It's fun being carefree when it's about exploring fun things, but, in a world or society
that has too many dangers and risks, it is important for me to be observant with my
surroundings and people.

• Empathic: Because my problems is not the worst thing that could happen in someone's life. I
always keep watch, be at presence, and comfort the closest people who I am with most of the
time when I know that they are going through their hard times. I also apply these to some
people who I can tell by their expression, actions, and words. I am empathetic because, I know
how it feels to need someone who wants to be comforted when life problems are encountered.

• Cheerful: Because no matter how hard life gets, being too negative and pessimistic isn't the
solution. Being negative only drives to make a person's life get more sad. Instead of isolating
myself and stay sad, I surround my self with good people who can bring my frown upside down,
and be positive and loveable as them.

Section 2: Roles
1. My roles in life are:

• Being a daughter to my Parents

• Being a sister to my siblings
• Being a friend or bestfriend to all of my friends
• Being a student at my school
• Being a creation and believer of god

2. Balancing roles means knowing your priorities and managing your time wisely. It’s about
being flexible, setting boundaries, and giving each role the attention it needs without losing sight
of who you are and what matters most to you.
Section 3: Values and Beliefs
1. I live for the values of Kindness, Respect, Responsibility, Peace, and Equality because:

These values influence my life decisions by guiding how I act, speak, and choose what’s right.
Kindness helps me treat others with sincerity, even during hard situations. Respect reminds me
to value others opinions and boundaries, which helps avoid conflict. Responsibility makes me
accountable for my actions and pushes me to finish tasks and make up for mistakes that I have
done. I choose peace by avoiding drama and staying calm during arguments. Equality
encourages me to treat everyone fairly and speak up when something’s not right.

2. My core beliefs haven't changed drastically, but they've matured and become more nuanced
over time. Looking back, I see how my commitment to my life values have grown. It wasn't a
sudden change, but a gradual deepening, shaped by the challenges and joys of life.

Section 4: Goals and Aspirations

1. My short-term goal is enjoy the days that I am young, being carefree and explore many things
that I have not uncovered yet before life gets serious when I reach adulting. My long-term goal
is to build a stable and fulfilling life doing something I’m passionate about, specifically my future
job and own family.

These goals align with how I see myself — someone who’s curious, open to new experiences,
and values balance in life. Exploring while I’m young reflects my free-spirited and adventurous
side, while my long-term goal shows that deep down, I want stability, purpose, and meaningful
connections. Both goals reflect who I am now and who I hope to become in the future.

2. To enjoy my youth and explore more, I plan to try new hobbies, travel when I can, meet new
people, and stay open to learning from experiences. I’ll also avoid stressing too much about the
future so I can stay present. For my long-term goal, I’ll focus on my studies, discover what I’m
truly passionate about, and slowly build the skills I need for a stable job. I’ll also work on
becoming emotionally mature and responsible so I’m ready to build a happy and healthy future
with my own family someday.
Section 5: Self-Esteem
1. I perceive my self-worth as a reflection of my personal growth and positive contributions to
the lives of others. The influence of this perception include achieving challenging goals and
experiencing moments of genuine connection and empathy with the people around me. My
self-worth is not dependent on validation but is rooted in my sense of purpose and integrity.

2. I take criticism seriously if it's a factual criticism about my self. It helps me realize that I have a
negative trait or attitude that I should change about my self. It helps me become a better version
of me, not a perfect one. While in taking a praise, I feel appreciated when it's something that I
achieved in life. It doesn't feed my ego but it makes me feel that I am appreciated by people.

Section 6: Self-Efficacy
1. Back when I had a romantic partner, it was a challenge for me to learn how to cut the strings
off a person who is giving me nothing but pain. So, when I was slowly becoming tired of clinging
on to that person and was finally ready to let go, unfortunately, I was still left damaged. That's
when I learned a trait that, I should not wait for myself to get damaged before I can let go and
that I should leave the first time I get disrespected by a person, no matter how much I like or
love them. so that I can avoid myself to get more hurt again.

2. I keep my expectations low as I am keeping my self connected to reality, therefore, my

confidence in achieving my goals is just fair enough. I take reaching my goals seriously, that's
why I study hard and discipline my self in order to be focused on reaching my goals. But at the
same time, there are instances that I do some things that slows down the chances of reaching a
goal like procrastinating on something that I really want to achieve but am too lazy to take on.
That's why I don't keep my confidence high in achieving a goal because there is still something
in myself that slows down the process/chances of achieving them. But I will always try to
improve it, even if it's just a little step.
