- Run the test program of the safety testing device

Note: The heater test should be conducted, before the safety test is started.
Thus it is secured, that both heater fuses are working.
Note: There is no need of water intake or to switch ON the heater!
The control is designed, that all components are included in the safety test.

- Water will be let in via valve K47 for about 5 sec

Note: next step is only for warm water appliances, otherwise 5 sec break

- water will be let in unlimitedly via valves K47 and K46
Note: When overflow level is reached, the pump is switched on for 90 sec and "E:31" is displayed.

- Water is let in until the heater level is reached
- Heater is switched on

Note: The heater is switched off when the temperature of 85°C is reached or after 30 minutes latest respect ively.

Pos.7 Pressure Sensor (water level) Indication


Calibration of pressure sensor - Door is locked LED Start/Pause is on
- Pump is actuated
- When the appliance is completely drained: -> calibration of pressure sensor
- Pump is switched off
- Water is taken in to a level of 2…4 cm above drum bottom
- Door is unlocked

Pos.8 Turbidity sensor (F14: not relevant) Indication


- Door is locked LED Start/Pause is on
- Test program will be aborted after approx. 10sec. No test result displayed
- Door is unlocked. LED Start/Pause is flashing

Pos.9 Flow sensor Indication


Flow sensor - Door is locked LED Start/Pause is on
- Pump is actuated until the appliance is completely drained
- Pump is switched off
- Cold water is taken in via K47 until approx. 5 litres are measured (Tolerance is dependent on the pressure of the water supply)
- If cold water appliance: cold water is taken in via K46 until approx. 5 litres are measured,
If warm water appliance: warm water is taken in via K61 until approx. 5 litres are measured
(Only for warm water appliances, tolerance is dependent on the pressure of the water supply)
-> the drum is visible covered with water
- Door remains locked LED Start/Pause is on
Note: Test program runs only, when the appliance is equipped with a flow sensor.
