1. Safety Notice

Please read this manual carefully before installation. This manual contains
information on installation and safety.

WARNING
∎ Be sure to stop the elevator at the time of installation and adjustment.
You may cause serious accidents.

∎ Do not try to touch PCB during the operating state or power-on.


High voltage terminals or charged capacitor, exposed to the outside can cause an
electric shock.

∎ When the periodic inspections or wiring, cut off the power and make sure that
the power of the charger is discharged safely.
Electric shock or product may be damaged.

∎ Please do not operate the switch with wet hands to sweat and water.

∎ If the cable sheath is damaged, replace the cable without delay

3 Installation

3-1 Installation Precautions


- When transporting and installing the unit, Be careful not to damage from impact.

- Do not install in a place with vibration.

- Please direct sunlight or rain, high temperatures, and humidity is avoided.

- Install in a place free from dust, oil and flammable substances,

- Install where the ambient temperature is between -10∽40℃( 14~104℉ )

- Secure the installation space surrounding space as follows:

- Install firmly with bolts.

- Install on a non-combustible surface

3-2 Space for installation

- Make sufficient space around the inverter for stable operation because of the heat
from the inside to install

3-3 Inverter Installation Procedure

1) Fix firmly with bolts.

2) Make sure that the door is gently moved by hand.

3) Make sure the power and motor wiring connections are connected in right position.
Be careful with, the motor wiring and power wiring correctly.

4) Be sure to be all right with input / output signal of the CP to determine whether
the connection and more.

5) DOL, the DCL sensor to determine whether they are connected correctly.

6) Be sure to Jack and securely connect the encoder.

7) A power switch, turn on the power to the ON position, the Check the 'AUTO' status

8) Open the door about 20cm by hand.

9) Move to 'CALI' mode by using ‘MODE' key.

10) Press the ‘ENTER' key and then it starts Calibration.

11) After Calibration is finished, it displays ‘HAND'. You may test the controller by
using 'OP' and 'CL' key button. If you need to adjust, you may adjust the
parameter.

12) Once done with parameter adjustments, start automatic operation, by switch to the
ON position, Check the 'AUTO' status.

4-6 Hand mode


Hand mode is the mode that allows you to test the Open / Close operation
without CP signal. There is also the ability to repeat the Open / Close
operations.
1) 'UP/OP' button opens the door.
2) 'DN/CL' button closes the door.
3) When you press the 'ENTER' button to repeat the Open / Close operation.
At this time, press any key other than the 'ENTER' to stop the repeat
operation.

4-7 Calibration mode


Calibration mode calculates the door width and detects magnetic position of
PMSM. When replacement of PMSM, a change in the position of limit sensor ,
door width changes or change the controller, You must run Calibration.
1) Open the door approx 20cm by hand.
2) Using the 'MODE' key to move to the Calibration mode.
3) Press 'ENTER' to start the Calibration.
4) After all the action is finished, 'Hand' mode is displayed.
