Students SOP for attending Online class using Google Classroom

1. Open Google Classroom App using your school ID only [Google account ID]

[email protected] ]

2. Check the class schedule given in announcement section/ classwork tab and click on the link
to join the class.
3. Use the same link for all periods.
4. You are advised to follow the proper instructions.

IMPORTANT CHECKPOINTS :

Before the Class


1. Be prepared for the class with a notebook, the textbook as per the schedule given.
2. Charge the devices (laptop/iPad/tab/mobile) fully, to be used for the class beforehand.
3. Ensure the internet connection is adequate to support the learning process.

During the Class


4. Greet the teacher at the start of your class.
5. Join the class regularly and on time.
6. Attend the class in a place where there is no background noise/disturbance.
7. Dress according to the norms of the class.
8. Consistently follow the rules and regulations of the class.
9. Listen and follow the instructions carefully given by the teachers during the online class.
10. Turn off your microphones until and unless you have a doubt to clarify or you have been
asked to speak by the teacher.
11. Always raise your hand before asking any question from the subject teacher.

12. Do not use any impolite language during the class sessions while answering a question.
13. Do not argue or pass derogatory comments about your peers during the class.
14. If any student is found guilty of indulging in undisciplined behaviour during classes he/she
will be removed from the class permanently.

After the Class


15. Complete the assignments and post it before the deadline through google classroom.
16. Revise the concepts taught for the day at least once, before you go to bed.
