Dear Banella Vinodh Kumar,
Following your recent interview, we are delighted to offer you the position
of Senior Software Engineer with Agilite Group. If you join Agilite
Group, you will become part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that
works together to provide our clients with the highest possible level of
service and advice.

The following points outline the terms and conditions we are proposing.
Title : Senior Software Engineer
Start date : Jan 13th 2022
Salary : INR 19,00,000 per year CTC.
You will be on probation for a period of 06 months from the date of joining. The
above probation period is liable to be extended and until confirmed in writing, you
shall be deemed to be continuing in our employment as a probationer. During the
probation period, your services are liable to be terminated at any time by giving One
month's notice or One month’s salary in lieu thereof on either side & either party is
not bounded to give any reason therefore. An employee’s services will be
terminated without notice incase of lack of job related skills, inadequate work
performance, improper character or attitude, integrity issues etc
You may, at any time of your probation, terminate your employment any
employment agreement by giving no less than 30 days’ notice to the Company.
Upon the termination of your employment or resignation, you will return all papers,

and documents of the Company which may at that time be in your possession
relating to the business or affairs of the Company or any of its associates and you
will not retain any copies or extracts there from.
This offer of appointment is subject to your successfully completing the company’s
background verification, failing which this offer will stand rescinded.
Please confirm your acceptance of this offer by signing and returning this letter
within 3 working days, failing which this offer will stand rescinded. The final letter
of appointment will be issued within a fortnight of you joining the services of the
company.
