"I’m Rochelle Macatiag, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology from Quezon City University. I have 2 years of experience
in freelance work, where I evaluated social media content and user queries. During
my OJT, I worked as a chat support agent and a desktop support technician. I’m
passionate about problem-solving and providing quality service to customers. In
my free time, I enjoy playing online games, watching Korean dramas, and reading

"I’m a dedicated and hardworking person who knows how to manage my time
well. During college, I juggled freelance work, babysitting, and my OJT while still
making time for myself, friends, and family. I believe this ability to balance

"I tend to overthink and strive for perfection, especially in projects. This
sometimes causes stress, but it also pushes me to improve and deliver high-quality
work. For example, during my capstone project, I constantly refined our system’s

"I’m still interested in IT, and I think it’s a great field. However, I also see how the
skills I’m learning in the BPO industry, like solving problems and communicating
with people, are useful in many jobs, including IT. I’m open to different
opportunities and want to keep growing in any role where I can do my best work."

"I would describe colors by associating them with emotions or sensations. For
example, I might describe red as the warmth of the sun on your skin, blue as the
feeling of calm when you listen to the sound of waves, and yellow as the joy of
feeling the warmth of a smile. It’s about translating the experience of color into
something they can feel and relate to."

- Customer service is providing assistance to the customers by giving them the
informations relevant to their inqueries and providing the best possible resolution
to their concerns.

- Customer satisfaction is going beyond the customers needs and making sure that
the solutions provided exceeds the customers expectations.
Why did you not pursue your degree:
- As a fresh graduate, in the IT Field the salary is a bit low and they are demanding
with regards to the skills and qualifications, that is why I decided to transition as a
customer service instead since BPO is one of the industry that is also indemand
right now. I am always curious about working in a BPO company that is why I
wanted to try and see it for myself.
What is your Long term goal?
- In five years, I want to see myself as a trainer in this company so that I can share
my learnings and experiences to those newly hired like me at the moment.
