Session Title: Introduction to Action Research - How to Write a Rationale

My Reflection Journal

What I realized (Concepts)

I realized that an action research aims to simultaneously investigate and solve an

issue.

What I value the most

From this session, what I value the most is that the process of making an action
research where it requires the identification of a problem so that I will be able to come
up with solutions to the issues.

What I’ll continue doing

I will continue to solve immediate problems in a way that I must prove existing
systems so that I can draw conclusions from the data which will improve my decision-
making process.

What I’ll stop doing

Before, I was not really digging up problems that needs solutions. I found out that
because of this, my decision-making process is poor.

What I’ll start doing

From this session, I decided that from now on, I must value the need for making an
action research so that I can design all the options needed. In doing so, I will be able
to plan and implement important guidelines that will help a certain group or the
community itself.
