Since we are in an online class with a lot of schoolwork to complete, such

as projects and assignments, I always finish them on time without any
penalties or without causing delay. I organized my work and prioritize the
things that need to be done first in order to avoid missing the deadline.

2. I love working with children, I have a lot of nieces who are toddlers. I used
to babysit them, and my love for educating and caring for children just
expanded from there. Also I’m patient, energetic, flexible, a good
communicator and listener, passionate about teaching children, and I have a
good and engaging personality.

3. Since I have a lot of nieces, mostly toddlers I used to teach them how to
read and count, watching their faces light up as they learn a new letter or
recognized a number its so rewarding to me. In my free time I enjoy
interacting with others and I like reading e-books its helps me on my
communication skills and also reading help my mind relax a bit.

4. I was in my second year of college when I first started teaching in an ESL

company, its a hectic schedule and I need to be more organized with my time,
work, and school, as well as separate my personal and professional lives in
every way. I schedule my time so that I may attend to my work and school
obligations as well as my private matters. Yes I was able to resolve it by
using reminders, calendars, to-do lists, and planning ahead of time to make
sure I didn't miss anything at school and at work.

5 .I expect my boss to communicate with me in an open and honest manner.

In my opinion, my boss should share his/her input my work, telling me what I
need improve on.To my coworkers, I'm excited to work with them to create
incredible things, and it's a privilege to work with people that share the same
work ethic

6. My values or guiding principle in life is be responsible to your actions,

always be positive in any circumstances and always help others. People
need to know that they can count on me and I also value cooperation,
respecting and supporting each other to achieve results.

1. First, I'll talk to each kid individually, asking where he or she is

experiencing difficulty in class. Then I'll meet with their parents to discuss
the learning problems I find so that they are aware of their child's
development and can provide the appropriate support that the child
needed. Once I've determined the problem, it's time to figure out what plan
will help them catch up and learn.

2. When a child is running around in a room, I remind them to use slow

walking feet in the class by saying something positive like this “Let’s run when
we go outside, inside we walk”. If the child is taking toys from other children,
I’ll calmly tell them that “He or she still using the toy right now, why don’t we
wait for our turn and find something else to do?” in this way the child feels
heard.
3. Since it was organized by me and my co-teacher, I am familiar with the flow
of the activity. Even without my co-teacher, I shall continue with the activity.
Since its a team work, my co-teacher should be aware that she can rely on
me in any situation.

4. I encourage them to volunteer answers in class by calling on them for

answers that I know they definitely have. I will also make exercises where I
ask everyone to write down answers on a pieces of paper, and then when I
get a correct answer from a quiet student I will read that answer out. I will give
those students extra time to think so that they will not intimidated to answer. In
this way they they will be encourage and will not hesitate to participate in
class.
