Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal
candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a
proven track record in bridging business objectives with data-driven solutions. This role will
be integral in driving process improvements, enhancing decision-making, and supporting
strategic initiatives through in-depth data analysis and robust documentation.

Essential Job Functions


Business Analysis:

 Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for operational


improvements and strategic growth.

 Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to inform


business strategies.

 Perform cost-benefit analysis for automation opportunities.

 Evaluate financial performance and contribute to strategic decision making.


Data Analysis & Insights:

 Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies using tools
like Excel and SQL.

 Apply statistical methods for in-depth interpretation of complex datasets.

 Design and develop data pipelines and models to support strategic decision-making.

 Generate business intelligence reports and interactive dashboards using tools like G-
Sheets, Excel, and Power BI.

 Provide actionable insights to guide data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and translate


complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and project
requirements.

 Define project objectives and criteria through effective collaboration with all
stakeholders.

 Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes and ensure


alignment with project objectives.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

 Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes through detailed analysis and


implement data-driven solutions to increase operational efficiency.

 Lead business process improvement projects from inception to completion by


applying Agile methodologies.

 Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and delay depth,
conducting root cause analysis (including why-why analysis) to address and resolve
delays.

 Manage ERP operations, streamlining creation, exemption, and validation processes


to improve system efficiency and ensure compliance.

 Lead procurement analysis to identify opportunities to reduce turnaround time (TAT)


and enhance operational efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting:

 Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for meaningful insights.


 Create and maintain supply chain reports and dashboards, including Quick Reports
and Business Analytics (BA) reports.

 Compile and analyse weekly performance dashboards and Monthly Business


Scorecards.

Project Management:

 Lead multiple business process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of


project milestones and maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder
satisfaction.

 Play a key role in implementing projects to improve data visibility, transparency, and
reduce human error.

Qualifications

 Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field is preferred.

 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.

 Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

 Proficiency in SQL.

 Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.

 Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
