Introduction
On 11th July at 11:00 AM, all of us assembled at the college porch, as instructed by our teacher.
Before the visit, we were briefed about the purpose and conduct expected during the police station
visit. After receiving the necessary instructions, we moved in a disciplined line towards the police
station, which was located about five minutes away from our college campus.
Arrival at the Police Station
Upon reaching the police station, we gathered outside in two separate groups - one for boys and the
other for girls. Our attendance was marked, and then we were allowed to enter the premises of the
police station. The outer walls of the station displayed various important instructions and rules meant
for public awareness. Inside the station, the walls were adorned with motivational quotes and
thoughtful messages that reflected the values and discipline of the police force.
Orientation and Interaction
Once inside, a female police officer welcomed us and introduced herself and her colleague who
would be accompanying her throughout the session. She explained the primary responsibilities of
the police, including maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, preventing crimes, and

protecting citizens' rights.
She also shared insights about the organizational structure of the police station. We learned about
the number of officers working at the station and their respective roles and duties. The information
provided helped us understand how different departments within a police station function
collaboratively.
Doubt-Clearing Session
Following the introductory session, a doubt-clearing segment was conducted. During this interactive
session, students raised several questions related to current legal and social concerns such as
cybercrime, rape cases, honey trap incidents, and various aspects of criminal investigations. The
officers answered our questions patiently and gave us informative explanations, helping us
understand the complexities and legal procedures involved in such cases.
Weapons Demonstration
After the Q&A session, two policemen conducted a detailed demonstration of various firearms used
by the police force. They showed us different types of guns, explained their features, operational
mechanisms, and safety measures. They also shared the historical background of these weapons,
enhancing our understanding of their evolution and purpose.
In addition, we were introduced to different types of bullets, including plastic bullets, and were told
about their specific uses in various situations such as riot control or non-lethal engagements.
