PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This PROMISSORY NOTE is executed by CARMENCITA S.


LINA, who is of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 76B Fina
Subdivision, Barangay Silang, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the
PROMISOR, in favor of PAULINA N. SANTIAGO, who is likewise of
legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Block 5 Lot 7 Metrogate Homes,
Barangay Masipag, Quezon City, hereinafter known as the CREDITOR,
and both of whom by virtue of this instrument,

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, this instrument is executed by the PROMISOR in favor


of the CREDITOR for and in consideration of a LOAN granted by the latter
in favor of the former, in the amount of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 25,000.00), Philippine currency delivered by the CREDITOR
and received by the PROMISOR at Quezon City, Philippines;

WHEREAS, the PROMISOR commits to pay to the CREDITOR the


full amount of the debt therein within a period of one month on a daily basis.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the


PROMISOR has set her hand, giving the commitment to abide by the terms
of this instrument in favor of the CREDITOR, in good faith and in
observance of their respective rights and obligations under the law.

DONE THIS 27th day of January 2025 at Quezon City, Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in Quezon City, Republic of


the Philippines, the promisor, personally appeared, presented to me
competent evidence of her identities, the specifics of which appear below
name and signature above, known by me and to me known to be the same
person who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledging to my
satisfaction that the same is her free act and voluntary deed.

This instrument refers to a PROMISSORY NOTE, consisting of two


(2) pages, including this page wherein this Acknowledgment is written, and
signed on each page by the PROMISSOR and her witnesses.
