6. Executive Summary:

The project is progressing as planned, with significant milestones achieved in


the past month. We are on track to meet our development deadlines, but we
have faced some challenges regarding integration and testing. The team is
working diligently to address these challenges and is well-prepared for the
next phase of development.

2. Milestones Achieved:
 Requirement Gathering G Analysis (Completed)
All initial requirements were gathered, reviewed, and finalized with the
stakeholders. This phase included user interviews, feedback collection,
and competitor analysis.

 System Architecture G Design (Completed)


The architecture for the software has been finalized. The design
includes the front-end, back-end, and database structures. Key
decisions were made regarding the technology stack (React, Node.js,
MongoDB) and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
 Core Features Development (Ongoing)

o User Authentication: Implemented and tested.


o Dashboard UI: Initial design and prototype completed; user
feedback incorporated.

o Data Processing Module: The core logic for data handling has
been developed and integrated with the front-end.
 Version 1.0 Alpha Release (Achieved)
A working version of the software has been released internally for initial
testing. Early feedback has been positive, with suggestions for
improvement noted.

 Integration Issues:
Some integration between the front-end and back-end has been slower
than expected, particularly in the API communication. We are resolving
these by improving our API documentation and reviewing our service
architecture.

due to the complexity of the features. Manual testing is being conducted
to ensure functionality while the automation framework is being
enhanced.
