1. Project Overview
Cool Gym Bro platform offers a comprehensive solution for fitness enthusiasts by
integrating multiple user-friendly features. Users can search for nearby gyms with results
displayed on an interactive map, ensuring ease of navigation. A reviews system allows users
to read and write ratings and feedback, enhancing decision-making, similar to Google Maps.
The platform includes a community section for discussions, resembling Reddit threads,
fostering user engagement. User profiles enable individuals to manage their posts and
reviews effectively. Additionally, geolocation-based suggestions provide personalized gym
recommendations. An admin panel is also incorporated to manage user accounts, moderate
community discussions, and oversee reviews, ensuring a well-maintained and user-friendly
experience.

4. Challenges / Risks
- Minor delay in testing progress due to parallel development load.
- Feedback/revision loops from previous modules slightly extended dev cycle.
- The changes requested by the client have made it difficult for us to meet the planned
progress at the midway point. These adjustments often required reworking already
completed components, impacting both frontend and backend timelines.
- Coordination between design, development, and QA teams has been stretched due to
overlapping sprints, resulting in a compressed testing window.

- Wrap up the current testing cycle by May 16.
- Prepare for the final implementation review and fixes.

7. Summary
The project is currently approximately 56–60% complete, which is aligned even ahead with
the expected timeline. Testing is underway and running slightly behind but manageable
within this sprint. All design work are complete.
We’ll continue pushing development and testing aggressively to hit the next milestone. No
major blockers at this point.
