Start the process around 09.30 AM
Alumni Speech (Total 10 - 15 Mins)
KaarTech Video: 5 Mins
Pre-placement Talk: 20 - 30 Mins
Online Assessment: 3 Hours 45 Mins (No Break)
Desktop/Laptop with Web Camera + Earphones with Mike is Mandatory
Day 2 Agenda:
Group Discussion
Level 1 (Technical Round)
Level 2 (Managerial Round )
HR Discussion
1. Online Assessment: 3 Hours 45 Mins (No Break) :
Aptitude , logical Reasoning , Verbal , Programming MCQs ,
Coding Question .
They may expect 60 % - 65% to clear the test. So try to get it
2. Group Discussion :
Few Tips:
Use the phrases in each area that will highlights your communication
well , use chatgpt to get some phrases
Use the 10 mins prep time wisely
Write 3–4 key points + examples
Have pen & paper – if needed note down others' points too
Start if confident – your name + intro point
Don’t wait for chances – speak early
Time gets reduced for later batches – be quick, don’t wait.
Use lines like:
• "Adding to [Name]..."
• "I agree with [Name]..."
Don’t argue – keep it a discussion, not a debate

Do prepare for best self-intro
Prepare your projects mentioned in resume well

What are the technologies using ? (SAP , AI& ML , CLOUD)
What company is actually doing ? (Digital Transformation -Key Word)

4.Level 4 :
Managerial Round will mostly scenario based questions , they will check
your leadership skills , communication skills , they will make you stress but
we need to handle the situation , they will focus on extra-curricular
activities mentioned on resume and SAP and ERP technologies
