Detailed Analysis of Learning
Assessment Report
Date: June 18, 2025
School: Dulop National High School
Division: Zamboanga del Sur
Region: IX - Zamboanga Peninsula
This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the rubrics and assessment tools used in
various subjects across Grades 11 and 12. Each rubric is designed to evaluate students'
knowledge, skills, and competencies based on performance-based tasks aligned with the K-
12 curriculum. Below are the detailed analyses per subject.
Subject: Contemporary Arts from the Regions
Topic: Production Plan
Analysis:
The rubric for the production plan effectively assessed clarity, completeness, and structure.
Most students demonstrated understanding of the format and content requirements. Some
plans, however, lacked detailed organization, indicating the need for clearer instruction or
examples. Future assessments should integrate peer-review sessions for improvement.
Subject: Physical Education – Health
Topic: Festival Dances
Analysis:
Group performances varied. While many students showed strong coordination and
cooperation, others struggled. The rubric revealed disparities in group commitment and
preparation. Additional practice and clear role assignments could enhance participation and
overall performance quality.
Subject: Practical Research 1
Topic: Title Proposal / Defense
Analysis:
This assessment was comprehensive and multidimensional. Students were rated on content
accuracy, presentation skills, and understanding. Most students performed well in content,
but delivery and confidence were weaker. Integration of mock defenses and coaching in
public speaking could improve outcomes.
Subject: Reading and Writing
Topic: Types of Claim – Acrostic Poem
Analysis:
Creative assessments like acrostic poems engaged students, but a lack of detailed rubric
criteria limited clarity in grading. Future assessments should include specific indicators for
creativity, accuracy, and clarity of claim expression.
Subject: Empowerment Technologies
Topic: ICT as Platform for Change – Poster Making
Analysis:
Poster tasks allowed students to express ideas creatively and visually. Most outputs aligned
well with the theme, though some needed refinement. The rubric was effective in assessing
originality and relevance. Introducing digital poster tools may enhance visual quality.
Subject: Oral Communication
Topic: Types of Communicative Strategies – Role Play
Analysis:
Role playing was an effective strategy for real-time communication assessment. However,
the rubric lacked defined criteria. It is recommended to include fluency, coherence, and
team coordination in future rubric versions for more structured evaluation.
Subject: Introduction to World Religions and Belief Systems
Topic: Comparative Analysis – Slogan Making
Analysis:
Slogan creation prompted synthesis of learned concepts. The current rubric is not detailed.
Adding creativity, relevance, and conceptual accuracy as criteria would strengthen
assessment outcomes.
Subject: Agri-Crop NC II
Topic: Crop Maturity Identification
Analysis:
This skill-based task measured applied agricultural knowledge. However, rubric details
were missing. Future rubrics should include criteria such as observation skills, accuracy in
maturity identification, and handling techniques to better reflect performance.
Summary and Recommendations
Across all subjects, rubrics served as valuable tools for objective and performance-based
assessment. However, several rubrics lacked full detail or standardization. It is
recommended to:
1. Develop a rubric template bank to ensure consistency.
2. Incorporate self and peer-assessment to deepen learning.
3. Provide post-assessment feedback for targeted improvements.
4. Align all assessment tools with MELCs and real-world competencies.
These improvements will enhance the integrity and usefulness of assessment data for
future planning and reporting.
