Instructional Guide:
This guide shows how the details from Example_form.pdf Enrolment Form have been
entered into our admin system excel file. NOTE: This guide only contains instructions.
This student’s details have already been filled into the admin system for your
reference.
1. The student must be found and located on the admin system. You can use the
find function (CTRL+F) to find their name. The name will already be on the
admin system in his designated subject tab (you do not have to create a new
name).

2. Once the student has been found on the admin system, you will find his status
columns, and there will also be some details missing under the other columns.
3. You must now read all the details from the enrolment form and enter it into
the admin system. NOTE: When adding a phone number, the 0 at the start
must be replaced by 61. This is Australia’s area code.

4. Once all the details are added from the enrolment form, his status must then
change to Fulfilled, Enrolled.

5. His Payment must be changed according to the enrolment form as well
(Monthly, Termly). Once the payment cell is changed, the Requires Invoice
must be added in the Invoicing column as well.

6. A comment should be made using the Excel Comment Feature to display the
student’s and parent’s goals for tutoring like below. Note: Bhavesh is another
data entry person.
