be viewed by appropriate people. Only general information on a patient should be

(b) Open your database software and create the Health Centre database.

(i) The database file must be called HealthCentreDB

(ii) Create a table with the nine field names from your answer to 2 (a). Call
this table by your full name.

(iii) Enter three records into your database.

(iv) Save your database and table.

(v) Print out your table.

1 Explain two ways you tested your database to check it was working correctly.
