1. Factory could not provide suitable dummy for fitting test.
2. Found Measurement out of tolerance. Sleeve length up to +2 cm, 1/2 Bottom up to +1.75 cm, Sleeve length up to 1.50 cm. Handed over 02
pieces for Clent validation (AS Seal# 1808012776).
3. Color name at PO sheet & shipping mark show "Blanc PE 18" but during inspection we found color name "Blanc PE 20" & Catalog
/Operation: 200001 / at shipping mark. Please see photograph.
4. Found no poly warning or recycle logo on the hanger hook polybag.
5. Factory offered us 80 sets short quantity compared to order quantity. Please see above quantity breakdown for your reference.
6. Found no gross weight & Net weight mentioned on the shipping mark.
7. Factory could not provide manpower to repack the inspected goods.
