1) Measurement deviations were observed against client specification chart. (Page No 29 to 31)
Remark: All points not affecting the inspection result and just for Buyer’s reference.
1) All approved trims, shade band cards, approved samples provided by vendor at the time of inspection.
2) Metal detection test was done and machine found to be calibrated.
3) Product weight observed against approved samples, - 103g, Bulk-102 to 104g,
4) As per tech pack carton dimension mentioned 22x14.5x9.7 Inch however bulk actual found is ok.
5) The water resistance check finding: OK. ( Page 41 - E12)
6) Vendor offered 8160 pairs (81.7%) fully packed condition and 1824 pairs under packing (18.3%) against the order quantity of 9984
pairs. However, the inspected sample 257 pairs were drawn from selected cartons and 58 pairs randomly drawn from under packing
condition.

A production sample must be provided to Client and send to the Buyer’s office at the end of the production in order to check up the quality.
