Daily Routine for Muscle Building + Class 10 Boards + NEET Preparation

Morning Routine (5:00 AM - 7:30 AM)


- 5:00 - 5:30 AM:
Wake up, freshen up, light stretching and warm-up

- 5:30 - 6:15 AM:


Workout (Home, No Equipment):
* Push-ups: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
* Squats: 3 sets of 20 reps
* Plank: 3 sets of 30-45 seconds hold
* Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (each leg)
* Crunches: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Rest 30-45 seconds between sets

- 6:15 - 6:45 AM:


Bath and healthy breakfast (milk, eggs, fruits)

- 6:45 - 7:30 AM:


Class 10 revision (Maths or Science formulas/concepts)

School Time (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)


- Attend school with focus
