Daily Routine for Muscle Building + Class 10 Boards + NEET Preparation
Morning Routine (5:00 AM - 7:30 AM)
- 5:00 - 5:30 AM:
Wake up, freshen up, light stretching and warm-up
- 5:30 - 6:15 AM:
Workout (Home, No Equipment):
* Push-ups: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
* Squats: 3 sets of 20 reps
* Plank: 3 sets of 30-45 seconds hold
* Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (each leg)
* Crunches: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Rest 30-45 seconds between sets
- 6:15 - 6:45 AM:
Bath and healthy breakfast (milk, eggs, fruits)
- 6:45 - 7:30 AM:
Class 10 revision (Maths or Science formulas/concepts)
School Time (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Attend school with focus
- Use breaks for light revision (notes, formulas)
Afternoon Routine (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
- 3:00 - 3:30 PM:
Lunch and rest (optional 15-20 minutes nap)
- 3:30 - 4:30 PM:
Homework and practice (Class 10 subjects - Maths, SST, English, Hindi)
- 4:30 - 5:00 PM:
Break and refreshment
Evening Routine (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

NEET Biology (Start NCERT Class 11 basics)
- 6:00 - 7:00 PM:
Class 10 Science or Maths practice (focus on weak topics)
Night Routine (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- 7:00 - 7:30 PM:
Dinner
- 7:30 - 8:30 PM:
NEET Physics / Chemistry (Basic concepts + videos)
- 8:30 - 9:15 PM:
Revision of school topics and practice questions
- 9:15 - 9:30 PM:
Prepare books and materials for the next day
- 10:00 PM:
Sleep (Important for muscle recovery and mental focus)
Sunday (Weekly Plan)
- Extra workout session
- Full week revision of boards and NEET topics
