DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Involve site Safety management.
Conduct Daily TBT (Tool Box Talk)
Daily site observation and recognize the hazardous situation and report to safety
supervisor.
Conduct and join with the client safety personnel for joint site inspection and walk
through.
Surveillance of Health and Hygiene circumstances.
Fire prevention of company activities, testing of smokes and heat detectors and attend
fire mock drill.
Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfurnished job such as open pit,
overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape
accidents.
Make sure that before beginning any job there is necessary work permit.
Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system.
Guide and make sure to maintain good housekeeping inside the site as well as outside
the site and make sure site cleanliness.
Advise and implement preventive measure to avoid accident to personal, installations,
materials and equipment's.
Explaining and advising about safety to new workers in site thus Ensuring Safe Work
Area and Safe atmosphere.
Overlooking the Operation, Certification of Cranes and Forklifts etc.
Checking the Scaffolding and ensuring 100% Safety at the civil Work Areas including
when working at Heights.
Timely Coordination with the Safety Engineer regarding the Inventory and assist the
Engineer in preparation of Safety Reports.
Obtaining safe work permits, job inspection and safety instruction to all workers
before starting the jobs as per prescribed safety procedures and safety manual.
Inspection of personal protective gear (gear mask, ear plug, coverall, safety glass,
Safety Shoe & helmet, etc.).
Incident/ accident reporting and preventive remedial action to avoid
reoccurrences Advise workers for all type of major hazards.
Ensure proper usage of tools.
