OPENING SESSION:
Good morning, distinguished delegates. The UNESCO Committee is now in session. I am [Your
Name], honored to serve as your Chair for this vital discussion on Sustainable Development
Goal 4: Quality and Inclusive Education.
Alongside me are your Co-Chair and Rapporteur, [Names if applicable]. We ask that you
maintain diplomatic decorum, respect speaking procedures, and contribute constructively to
