Agent: Sir! My name is ......... And I’m calling/speaking from a Local Grid Station regarding your business &
domestic electricity and gas contracts.

Customer: No, Thanks. Everything is fine / I am Not Interested


Agent: I know Sir! Please give me a chance. Please let me explain to you — I have a good price in your postcode
area.

Customer: What are the prices on my postcode...


Agent: May I confirm your postcode .......! & Which company you are using as your current supplier?
